3 Ruby on the 11th floor Walter tower on Tuesday may 21st, sits at the sign I desk horrible horrible person. It was my first time there. My uncle had a stroke and I came to see him. She was soooo rude was scolding me because I didnt know it was one person at a time so I told my wife to go back. And she yelled at her because she didnt know hot to open the door to exit. My kids were waiting outside in the waiting area with my sister and she yelled at us to take them downstairs so we listened right away without and argument then she still said shes calling security.
RUBY your are a racist bigot and will be reported.

Every aspect of the care received over the past 98 days from the team at Methodist has demonstrated dedication to care, compassion, information sharing, healing, love, and over the top professionalism.

Most of all the nurses and BCAAs that I had when I first got on the floor we're excellent (Walters Towers 18). Nurse's Manny, Yinka, and Bre (think that's her name) thank you for keeping me in the loop of my plan of care. PCA'S Carlos, Ynteh, and Santra thank you for helping me on my everyday things that I have trouble doing right now.
