I saw Dr. Bond in the woodlands office. She was competent and would have been a good option going forward but unfortunately the staff is horrendous. After waiting three months for a follow up appointment they cancelled 45 minutes before on the day of saying she was never going to be in the office. And then when I tried to reschedule they said her soonest was in 2 months. At no point were they going to work me in regardless of them screwing up. In addition, the nursing staff takes forever to respond to messages and when they do they’re nasty and completely uncooperative. It’s all disappointing since Dr. Bond would be a great option if she had a staff that didn’t make life miserable.
