Very easy to talk to, explained problems and solutions in easy to understand terms. Honest and straight forward no white wash of causes of my symptoms.

Staffs here are very insensitive and never call back. I have waited for days to hear from a nurse and I have called a total of 3 times in one day and get the same answer that the nurse is too busy to call me back. Dr Nickell is good but his staffs are gabage.

I was supposed to get a call from them for a test result and possibly a new antibiotic I was hoping for since the current one doesn't seem working.
But they didn't call all morning, so I called. Receptionist told me a nurse would call me back but no calls for over an hour.
So I called again and got the same answer.
After the 3rd times I called, I finally got a call back from a nurse but she said she'd call me back with a result in 15 minutes but even an hour later I didn't get a call.
I called 5 times in total today and the receptionist told me the same thing everytime that they'd call me back by the end of the day, but after all they didn't call me!
What kind of irresponsible people they are.
I'm sick and waited all day and might get worse because of them.

One of the best; if not the best doctor around, bar none. He was a fountain of knowledge and the most helpful in the time of need; keep up the great job doc.
