Houston MRI & Diagnostic Imaging - KATY

This is my first time to use this facility and I had a wonderful unforgettable experience with Monica, yes Monica and only Monica from now on, very knowledgeable, professional and caring.
She is very thorough and understanding, she listened to all my concerns.

Overall, friendly and clean waiting area. Monica taking xray was very easy to relate to and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

The entire staff was great. My X-ray was done by Monica Collins who was awesome! She kept me at ease with conversation the entire time I was there.

OMG I was completely impressed with the service I got from Lisa O at the front desk! Her patience while trying to admit my mom who has dementia was wonderful and her kindness with a smile was well needed!

Highly recommend this office! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I was really nervous but my CT Tech Monica was absolutely amazing. She was so genuine, kind, and funny. I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Monica!

Had a scan done. The front desk staff, Lisa and Evelyn were fast, efficient and friendly. Kyle did a great job. The CT scan Tech, Nikki B.made it a very pleasant and quick experience.

I went to go get an x-ray done I was nervous but Nikki was just making conversation I was scared because she was so nice and friendly.

Nikki is so professional and might I add, funny. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable every visit. Whatever anxiety you think you may have, it’s gone the second Nikki says hello. Great person.

Very efficient. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, like I was asked to. Did the paperwork, and was called back by Nikki, the X-Ray tech at my scheduled time. Nikki was very friendly and professional.

I was a patient today for a ct w/contrast. The ladies upfront were thorough and quick with the paperwork. Nikki, was very kind and explained the process. Justin was so incredibly kind, I am alway nervous for anything that involves needles because I know I’m a hard stick and let him know beforehand. Typically people get impatient when they can’t find a vein quickly but he took his time and got on the first try. Thank you all for a good experience.

Monica Collins is definitely an angel sent from Heaven! She is the sweetest woman you’d ever meet! I’m definitely glad I met her today, she made my day and made my whole experience the ultimate BEST! THANK YOU MONICA COLLINS!

My daughter and I both needed x-rays today. Clinic was efficient and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Tech Nikki was awesome! She made us both feel comfortable and cracked a few jokes to keep things light.

Always a GREAT experience when I go to Houston MRI in Katy.
With my last visit, Nikki - their X-Ray tech and I were able to chat a bit between my X-Ray and MRI procedures.
She's 'AWESOME'.:) As is the rest of the staff in Katy.

This is my second time taking one of my children to this facility. And I must say the office is very relaxing atmosphere. My son x-ray tech was Nikki and she was so sweet and attentive that he didn’t even realize how quick the whole process was. Thank you Nikki.
