Houston Police Department

I got to give him five stars for putting me in jail for no reason but at the same time they did come through at the end of the day we all got some charges and they got my property back I don't know courser close we'll see how this works out either way 5 stars

Tried to report a person brandishing a huge hunting knife near Uvalde and East freeway shopping centers. 911 was not patient enough to take the report. Would not even give me a few seconds to figure out the address. I dont live here and 911 just hung up on me. This police department is not answering their phone now about five minutes it has been ringing. No wonder people want to carry firearms. You cant even successfully report a crime in tbis city.

OMG! You are right! These people do not answer the phone. I called to alert them that a person using a stolen identity debit card was currently making charges at the Channelview La Quinta thinking that the police could catch what is probably a chronic identity thief and guess what - they never answered the phone! Thank God the bank is more astute then they are. Carry on with your speed traps or naps or whatever else you do.

They never answer their phone. Just shows you the police don’t give a f*** about people in low income parts of Houston. I thought they were “heroes”

Can't answer their phone for non emergency issue's. Tired of driving my mother places who HAS A HANDICAP PLATE & dealing with ignorant people who DO NOT HAVE ANY HANDICAP PLATE OR PLACARD AND TAKING HANDICAP SPOTS. WHEN I WANT TO CALL TO GIVE THE CARS PLACTES AND DESCRIPTION NO ONE CAN ANSWER. These people can sit here and park in those spots then threaten me but y'all can't answer. I'm not going to use the emergency line when someone with a real emergency needs that spot just because of some ignorant jerk. I'll figure out a way to report this person, thanks for nothing.

Damm place wont answer the phone and 911 can respond unless its an emergency. You wonder if they only get paid for giving tickets because they are worthless otherwise

A truck hit me from behind, the man had no insurance and suspended driver license I told the office "you're going to let him drive off with out insurance or driver license" And he said and I quote "we cant force every car to have insurance ma'am, or no cars would be out in the streets" my car would! And you can force them because it's the law! Then he put on the report "inconclusive" who's fault it was. He hit me from behind! Now I'm calling and calling to speak to a supervisor and no answer!

Worst public servants ever! Professionalism is horrible, never answer their phones. I should call from the donut shop number maybe that would help.

Never answer on the phone or at the door. I've been several times over a few days span at different times
