The office manager or assistant Alana is very rude, has a very nasty attitude towards the patients and her co-workers also has poor hygiene. Would NEVER NEVER recommend attending this dental office!

I was very please with the services I received from this office. Doctor Eckford and his staff are awesome people. They called me the next day to check on me after my visit. I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you!

Love Houston Precise Dental Care! I look forward to seeing the same hygienist each visit. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and careful. She explains the procedures beforehand, whether it's a cleaning, xrays, root canal, or extraction. Dr. Eckford knows his teeth!

Wonderful people and kid friendly! They are super efficient, friendly, and extremely patient with my tough toddler! They make the kids feel good about going to the dentist! Will continue to be patients at Bunker Hill Pediatrics!

I had been looking for a dentist for a while and now I’ve found my long-term office! The ladies at Dr. Eckford’s practice are just awesome! They are very knowledgeable and made my visit worth it! I’m normally nervous to go to the dentist but as soon as I walked in, the vibes were so calming and I didn’t feel anxious at all!

It hurts me to leave this review. However, the experience I just had is extremely sad. From the very beginning of stepping in to the office for my 11-month old’s 1st dentist appointment. We were not able to see the dentist. Only the front office receptionist and 1 other nurse. We had a 9: 30 appointment, I spoke first and the person at the desk did not look up from the computer and said, hi. I told her I was checking him in and she still gave little to no eye contact and told me my insurance had not been verified. She was extremely unpleasant and not friendly. I then filled out the needed forms. She was on the phone for a full 30 minutes with apparently our insurance company. At no point did she tell us what was going on, apologize for the wait, or check in with us at all to acknowledge we’d been there since 9: 25am. My husband and I already decided at 10am we would need to leave if we had not been called back. Sure enough we stood to prepare to leave and a different nurse tried to help us bc she saw we were leaving. I told her and the other lady that I’d been dealing with that we’d been waiting for far too long with zero communication from the unpleasant lady on the phone. She then tells the nurse that she can take us back. However, the doctors wasn’t there. So we would still have to wait once we got to the back.
This took the cake for us, and confirmed we would not be back. We had a 9: 30 appointment and it was now 10am and the doctor still was not in. Why would they book a 9: 30 appointment of the doctor doesn’t come in that early.
Lastly, the nurse never took ownership for the poor customer service and attitude she had from the time we walked through the door, to not providing an update of why it was taking so long, to trying to blame me for why it was taking so long. Saying she called me, yet I have no record of her call and no voicemail. Leaving a voicemail is the professional thing to do especially if you are requesting a call back for more information. Not once did she acknowledge any of this and the overall poor customer service she given us from the tone we walked into the door. We will not be back. And I hope better training for front office staff will be implemented so others will not have experience what my family and I just did.
