Front desk needs better customer service and to be more considerate with the elderly especially when the patient has bathroom issues. I waited over one hour to be seen for an ultra sound.

My 83 year mother had an MRI. The nurse hurt my mother very bad while trying many times to find her vein. He had to stop because my mom was on a lot of pain. They told her to come another day because there was a better nurse at early scheduled. That is not acceptable.

Great Staff The person giving me the MRI was excellent. Highly recommend your MRI or other work be done here.

Great.the staff was very helpful. I was alone and nervous, but Chris stayed by my side and helped me get through the test. Thank you everyone, for making me feel like a person and not just a number. If you need any test this is the place to go.

My husband needed an MRI of his knee, and The Memorial Hermann group could not get him in until 5 days later, they were rude when I attempted to request an earlier date. I contacted Houston Premier Radiology, they got him the same day, they were so nice and helpful. MRI tech was the best, he made my husband feel safe, and took his time with him. I wish I knew his name. The next day I had to call back to straighten up some insurance issues, and Christina took ownership to get it resolved within 30 mins without any effort on my part. This is a great facility and I will recommend to anyone I can. Thank you all!

I went to have X-Ray of my shoulder, I was able to have an appointment on the same day. Very friendly staff.

I have Been to this location Twice, One was for X ray and the other for an Ultrasound. I must say that Kassandra front check in was GREAT and very friendly, checked me in very quickly, and was very professional. One must be prepared when showing up. I seen a lot of people NOT Prepared which delays the process to checking in. My Ultrasound TECH Reyna was Great as well and very professional. I will Definitely recommend my friends and family to this location. Thank you Houston Premier Team!

I recently had my ultrasound appointment done at Houston premier. I would have to say kassandra at the front desk was very polite and helpful, as well as the other staff. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

I drove all that way but had to leave because they didn't have time to contact my doctor for the missing orders. This was mostly my doctor's fault. When I went back, they put me in a hallway and forgot about me. Eventually, somebody asked me what I was waiting for after about 20-30 minutes. Made me feel unimportant.

Place was awesome! They are super nice and friendly, Kassandra helped me when I got there and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was as pleasant as it could be!

The staff are very friendly, quick service, and incredibly professional. I have used their imaging many times. I just simply ask my physician to give me an order and the schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend this center.
