This is the worst doctor's office that I have ever been to. I've been a patient for about 6 years and honestly don't know why. Nobody ever answers the phone, they don't return your call when you leave a message, and nobody responds to the messages on the portal. I've been trying to get my blood test results for almost 6 months now, which is absolutely ridiculous! The doctor gives you the lab slip at your appointment, so then you have to wait until your next appointment to get the results. I waited for 3 months to get my results and was so excited for my appointment. When I got to my appointment I waited for 3 hours and finally gave up and left. Every time I have an appointment it's at least a 2 to 3 hour wait. They recently called in my prescription with the wrong dosage and I've been trying for a month to get them to correct the dosage, to no avail. After waiting for 3 hours, I decided to switch to a new doctor. Now they're using the excuse that they already sent my records to the new doctor, so they refuse to correct my medication dosage. It was called in wrong when I was a current patient, so they should have to correct it. They finally said in an email that they would correct it, but they never did. Now I won't have enough meds to last until I see the new doctor. People need to research all the negative comments about this office and move on to a doctor that actually cares about their patients. This is the worst doctor I've ever experienced!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I started back in December 2021. I have been diagnosed with autoimmune liver condition / Ankylosing spondylitis. I filled out all the paperwork required explaining medical and medicine. I have been seeing a previous Rheumatologist for 18 years who stop taking my insurance. My first visit I explain my condition and medication. I was given strong medication that was not appropriate for patients with liver condition. It seemed like Dr.khan did not take the time to read or request my past medical records. I found that very strange with my medical condition. So I was then started on IV infusion for the first time. Extremely expensive IV Threapy. After several months, I still had strong bone pain. I had difficulty time reaching someone by phone. This should not happen when you suffer from arthritis pain. I came from a rheumatologist who had a direct nurse who would call you back the same day especially important when patients who suffer from arthritis! Not here, you call and call, leave messages and no one ever calls you back. So unprofessional, like no one cares. When I continue with the expensive IV Threapy I began developing symptoms during the administration. I told nurse she would say” you need to tell the doctor. ” What kinda of nurse says that? I had to make an appt to see Dr Khan to discuss the medication issues. Waiting for 1 hour in waiting room. I told front office, “just have the Dr call me when she has time. Ridiculous! After talking to Dr Khan she then decided to change the iv medicine. At this point I decided to search for another rheumatologist close to my area who will take the time to read my previous records and order the proper medication for me. Please take the time to review this office and Doctor. Do not just take the medication prescribed, read how it can affect you.

Last Update: The office staff just does not follow up on anything and is rude. Even the pharmacy I was trying to get my specialty prescription through was getting hung up on as soon as the phone picked up. For the prescription the office would never give the blood work confirmation that I could take the prescription nor would they speak to me to tell me if something is wrong. Also they never answer the patient portal. The doctor is great when she is in the room but once she walks out you are forgotten.

Updated review. My previous review was negative strictly based on the office staff. Doctor when aware worked to rectify it so like any business owner is struggling to make sure the right thing is done. She is thorough gives good explanations and wants to make sure you as a patient understand what is going on. So l do like her and trust her treatment plan. The office staff and system I am still hesitant on. I do understand why everytime I have been in the waiting room people come in to take care of things that should be handled over the phone. So I will put on my patience hat because I do think it will be worth it in the end.

The mother of the doctor is very rude to patients and employees. They will hold your check until they want to give it to you. I don’t recommend nobody to work here very unprofessional

I saw the doctor and all was well. I started Prolia injections every 6 months. I needed an injection in March. I have called, left messages, wrote messages since March only to be told in March and April that Prolia was not available and that I would be notified when it came in. April went by, as was May and June. I again called, left messages, wrote messages.and as today I have not received and answer.not a word. So I have made an appointment with another rheumatologist. Customer service of the worse kind.never again!

Took me 5 calls to get someone to return a call (they never answered the phone) So I go in and it is a Rheumatology and like many arthritis suffers my hands are often in pain. So what do these experts do - hand me a pen and 15 pages of information to fill out - 95% of which they already have so I was in a great deal of pain filling out paper work that would be unreadable. So I waited and waited.
My Appointment was at 9: 30 - I arrived at 9: 10
Was led into a room at 9: 45 - and then was left alone for the next 45 minutes. After they were an hour late.
The staff was shocked by my rudeness when I told them to refund the co-pay they had taken.
The Doctor - her flaming red hair still bright from the bottle form which the color was stolen was just standing there chatting with staff. The arrogance, the rudeness was stunning. The lack of care even more so. They would have charged me over $500 for that visit and still could not be bothered to be on time. No one said they were sorry for being late. Doctor - keep this in mind - No one cares what you know once they know how little you care. Failure on every possible level.

So I wrote a great review, but have to retract.today - two months after seeing dr Kahn I received a phone call from her office saying that she was no longer seeing cash patients, but that I could check back in a month? No referral to another provider, no answer for medication refills, and then the lady told me to call my insurance company to ask them what new rheumatologist I could see / lolol WOW!
I have no balance as I pay in full each time I visit.after being told I could no longer be seen I started receiving a bill for 80.00 - after showing proof of payments to collections it turned out they actually owe me money and I will have wait an extended time for a refund to process.first review- Dr. Khan is an amazing MD she is wonderful about hearing what you say. It is a great feeling to know that your dr.is actually listening to you and she hears the details.she always impresses me, she is thorough and has helped me greatly. & the staff is super sweet. I don't enjoy going to the dr.however, I do look forward to seeing my beautiful & outstanding rheumatologist when I need to.

My mom had an appointment in this place and just 2 hrs before they called us and told us the doctor is not accepting selfpay patients. They didn’t say anything when she filled out the appointment application. If you have the money to pay but no insurance they will not accept you. Btw it is very hard to communicate with them.

Every time I've gone in for my appointment, all dr.khan did is talk about a diagnosis she's not for sure on, I have never been seen by a Rheumatologist until my niece referred me to Dr khan. She is so unprofessional and I think she needs to go back to school.or leave the practice. Today I had an appointment 05/03/2022 and I get a message for me not to come in the office it was going to be a phone call.my appointment was @1: 30 and I still yet haven't received a call, I left message and still nothing. So I will not referred or recommend this practice to anyone. Now I'm in search for a Rheumatologist since she claim I have rheumatoid arthritis

Wasn’t respected as an employee, all at their convenience, mother of the doctor gossips a lot making work place stressful and overwhelming, putting staff against one another (she said this about you) lots of reverse psychology specially when we were missing supply or something went wrong, really poor management.felt like I was back in high school with the mess. Selfish work place although Dr.is pretty nice. Paid 8 hours even though you had to work after the time. Was hired at one wage and realize my check stub I wasn’t paid what was said at interview. Although I send few emails they were never acknowledged. No team work, you are there to work and stress mentally cause no one else shows their face when there’s a big issue. Unsanitary supplies, sus packaging…etc I had to leave this work place because they clearly don’t care about humanity only their money seems like…

I can't describe this Doctor She's Above and Beyond, answered all my questions, took her time, not a single rush feeling, she's very very very sweet lady, I love her, she's just Amazing, Best Doctor EVER! The front ladies are nice and professional, keep up with it team Khan

The office personnel are terrible. They DO NOT anSwer the phone, then they set up an appointment without even speaking to you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Khan is amazing. Wonderful staff as well. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and she is a life saver. The most caring doctor ever. I’m so happy to have found her and this office.

This is my first time being in this office and everybody makes you feel comfortable in my doctor listens to everything that you got to say they don't rush you up like other doctors I would say I had a very good experience over there and I would recommend them any day

It was our first visit with Dr. Khan and we were so satisfied with her guidance and help. My mother is suffering from severe pain due to rumoteric arthritis and thank god we are in the right hands. Dr. Khan took time to understand the situation of my mother's pain and guided her. We are so positive that my mother will get well soon with the help of Dr. Khan.i highly recommended Dr. Khan. All employees were really kind as well. Overall great experience!

FRAUD - Absolutely horrible experience. Staff is disorganized. I was billed for an office visit ONE YEAR LATER when on that day I only came in strangely for bloodwork when Dr Kahn in the past allowed me to use Quest. So she lines her pockets by using her lab company and then billing me for an office visit that never occurred ONE YEAR LATER. I have messaged them about this but they do not respond. Run from this doctor and don't look back.

Was referred to Dr. Khan by a coworker of mine and it was a very pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to me and took the time to understand my health condition. She was extremely friendly and helpful to me and seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and remedies for it. I highly recommend her to future patients.

I’ve had osteoarthritis for years, and finally decided I needed to see a rheumatologist. Dr Amber Khan was recommended by my primary care physician, and she was very thorough, and so informative, I never knew that my immune system was working against me! I learned so much in just one visit. I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Khan.

I just hope that my next appointment will not take so long. I had a lot of paperwork to fill out and I understand the first appointment always takes longer.

I was very comfortable there with the nurses the receptionist the elderly lady that was there I really had a very great experience there

Dr Khan is a true care PARTNER. When I suggested first trying an alternative to very strong prescription medication, she listened as I explained the details. She did not dismiss my concerns and wholeheartedly supported my first choice. I appreciate her professional yet friendly manner. I recommend her without any reservations.
