I work at a dealership in Massachusetts and one of our customers was purchasing a car for his daughter near Houston who was impacted by the Hurricane. We needed to help our customer get the vehicle registered 2200 miles away but have it back here in a short period of time to have the car driven to Texas!

I called in and got a hold of Kim who spent almost an hour with me on the phone answering all questions and finding ways to make it convenient as possible. 30 minutes later I had temp tags ready to go and a game plan to get the car registered.

Kim is awesome. She had my Texas title from an out of state dealer transferred in one day. The tax office sent me away twice for more information and I didn't have time to deal with them anymore. This lady is very professional and has a kind and courteous attitude. Take your title problems to her and she WILL fix them. She is very knowledgeable on what they want to see and the proper way for things to filled out. Don't get scammed by these other places that take your money and do nothing. Do your research!

Wow. I have never transferred titles before and didn't know what to expect. After being at the courthouse to do it I thought it would be damn near impossible. However, Kem is the coolest person on this planet! She was beyond helpful and most of all friendly. She got all of my stuff squared away quickly and easily! Please don't go anywhere else with your stuff, this woman knows what she is doing and WILL get it done!

Kim is amazing. We had an out of state car titled in a trust name. Kim knew exactly how to transfer title from the trust and understood the trust paperwork. A+.
