Great Selection, moderate mark up.
Did have some stuff that you dont normally see in other stores though.
I waited at the window for 5 minutes as instructed to do so by the daily tickets sales person. She instructed that I give her a few minutes because she just stepped away. I asked did she go to lunch, she repeated with an attitude that she just stepped away. She never offered to get her for me or assist me herself. After waiting an additional 5 minutes the daily sales person went to go get someone for me. Then a male came back to assist. Please keep in mind that it was raining as well. This experience made me not want to visit the Texans store to purchase anything. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be. This visit happened 09-20-2019.
The team store used to offer full-time employees 45% off year round, new ownership put a stop to that.

Friendly staff. Had my arms full Nd they came to help me. Take advantage of shopping off game fays so you can see all the selection and not be rushed or crowded.
Love the store after remodeling, from hats to novelty items that can't be found any where else.
The lady who helped us was a TOTALLY big help. She went above and beyond. Will love going back there
Nice selection of merchandise. One floor worker treated me kinda shabby, so I'm subtracting a star.
If you are doing an international order do not bother. According to the tracking the item was just sitting there for 7 days before any action was done - which was only processing. Then another 4 days went by before anything else was done. The package was meant to arrive no later than the 25th of October - it is now 30th of October and customer services only response is to allow them their due diligence. Its only 1 jumper I ordered. An absolute joke.
