Made a reservation and no one showed up. Ended up driving myself to the airport. Got a text message on the way from a driver that said they were on their way, eta 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. So much for the “guaranteed reservation” touted on their website. Also didn't get a response from the company until months later.

We requested a cab to pick us up at Houston/Hobby on Monday 10/31/22 at 4: 30 pm.to take us to our home address. After a couple of reminders, we received a text that same day from Pasha informing us he would be the driver picking us up on said date and time. When our flight had landed, he sent another text at 3: 38 saying he would meet us inside the terminal, near the baggage claim area. Sure enough there he was at 4 pm with my name flashing on his phone at baggage claim. He had managed to track our flight to know exactly when we would be landing. He helped find our luggage, took them to his car and loaded. He was very courteous and managed to drive thru Houston rush hour traffic. His car was super nice and clean and was even equipped with bottled water and treats. So, thank you Pasha for being so helpful and for a safe ride home.

Used VIP taxi many times now. Always reliable for airport pickup and drop-off. Pasha is a professional who does an excellent job tracking flights and getting us where we need to be on time. Cars are clean and comfortable, and customer service is pretty good as well. Definitely recommended if you need a driver in Houston.

Outstanding service. Particularly from Pasha, the sedan driver. Early pick-up arrival and waiting at baggage claim on the return trip. Also very willing to re-work transport plans due to flight changes. Very comfortable luxury Cadillac sedan.

I hired a cab from VIP taxi to take me to jury duty on June 13th. It's more expensive than taking an Uber or a lyft, but it was well worth it. I'm not going to go on and on about how clean the car was (which it was), or the fact that the driver was a hell of a nice guy (which he was). But I AM going to make a big deal about his driving!
Normally when you hire a ride, it's a "pick any 2" kind of situation; speed, safety, or smoothness of ride. Pick any two. But this guy was all three! He made the toughest part of the morning the easiest. I wish I could recommend him by name, but I never caught his name. Still, if all of the drivers at this company are like him, then I couldn't recommend them enough!

I booked this service as i needed a car seat for my kid but atlast driver came without it. That was socking as fear about law and baby's safety. He gave me some reason not to fear but i had no choice but to take a ride even without a car seat.

We booked them 24 hours in advance. They requested our flight information and told us we would get a text from our driver once wee landed. No text no driver. We called and left 2 voicemails, no response.we noticed that though they failed to pick us up they charged our credit card. Will not use again

I had a great experience. It was $65 for Hobby airport dropoff from Dickinson, TX. They will quote a price when you book the ride, so it shouldn't be surprise. Driver was nice and wore a mask, and this was end of July 2021, when covid was not going bonkers. Thumbs up!

Very strange that cabs aren't available in the early morning and I was put on hold for 15 minutes.
