I cant say enough about HWLC- Katy. I started there in February of 2023 and as of today (December 6,2023) I have lost 82 pounds. I am so grateful to have them on this journey with me. I never felt rushed during my appointments. The NP took time today and gave me ideas to help with the excess skin. Again, THANKS HWLC KATY. You guys ROCK! I am so happy with myself as well as my self esteem.

Extremely nice and talented staff. They are a pleasure to deal with very flexible as far as scheduling and in my work that is a premium. I would and do recommend the Katy location to anyone and all.

Spoke to Jennifer who was very rude when I asked a question about how much ozempic would cost. She responded in a very bad tone saying “this isn’t a pharmacy how would I know how much a medication cost “ I have spoken to some weight loss centers that isn’t a pharmacy but have an answer for me.
She shouldn’t be the fore front of any organization because I had to take my money elsewhere due to her terrible manners.
If you don’t like your job Jennifer, Quit!

The staff is welcoming and always prompt and on time for appointments. The information is clearly presented to assist in weight loss journey. Every appointment all vitals and measurements are taken. I feel comfortable in my treatment and recommend.

So far I have lost exactly 15 pounds in 2 months and I am feeling great! I have way more energy and able to fit back into clothes I thought I would never wear again. I love the monthly checkups and the attention from the staff at the Katy clinic. They are very helpful, kind and supportive. I’m really glad I chose to go here. I would definitely recommend this place.

I do wish if they plan to not help you they would tell you in advance. What is the purpose of filling out the paperwork ahead of time and making an appointment just for them to turn you away. So disappointed. Save your gas money.

I am very pleased with my decision to go here for help with my weight-loss. They took care of me and explained everything in detail. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be, only about $100 total. I am excited for my two week followed up. I already lost 2 LBS and it has only been two days! I highly recommend them to help you lose that unwanted stubborn weight! You won't regret it.

Update: I lost 30LBS. Got down to a healthy BMI and learned a lot about proper nutrition.

Everyone from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner are exceptionally. My experience at the Katy location is worthy the drive, there are 2 locations closer than Katy however i chose to drive to the Katy office from Fresno on the ither side of Pearland so that should tell you something about the Katy staff.

Great systematic service! The staff talks to you and very friendly. I appreciate the level of privacy given to each patient!

Very disappointed after my one month follow up. Blood work never got updated in my chart, office personnel didn’t have access to online records because they don’t have the password, appointments are hard to get for a later time in the day, and I was told that I should have NEVER been given my lipo vitamin shot in my arm (which I’m having issues with now because of the injection) after I was told by the provider that I had to get it in my arm. Feeling very defeated and unhappy with my experience

No judgement here. This center cheers you on and provides you with the tools needed to meet your goals. So happy to have found the Houston Weight Loss Center in Katy!

Personnel is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The location is clean and runs efficiently. I have not only lost weight but also body fat which was key for me! Super happy with this location and my results! Recommend 10/10!
