Houston's Best Mobile Mechanic Service, Humble TX

Don’t do business with this guy. He assured me he’d come out yesterday within a couple hours, never showed up and I had to reach out to him to reschedule. We ended up rescheduling for him to come out this morning at 10am. He never showed up and I had to reach out to him yet again. This time he ignored my call and never called back. He thought it was professional to send a text saying he’s “On the way. ” Needless to say, I’m still waiting for him 2 hours later. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. AGAIN, DON’T DEAL WITH THIS SCUMBAG. His word and integrity means nothing.

Called for assistance and it shows online he's 24 hours. Didn't wanna come out to help us get back home to Pasadena

I called this number and explained to this person what was wrong with my truck. He made a rude sexist remark over the phone during our conversation. Very unprofessional individual so I decided to pass on using his facilities/services. If no stars was an option for reviews then there would be none. This business lacks any customer service skills.

To the owner: if this review hurts your rating then perhaps you need some lessons in humility and decency.

If you are in Houston, in need of a reliable honest transparent mechanic, this is your guy 100%!
I could type a page or two on how his service was over our expectations. He advocated for our car at the dealership, did a thorough detailed inspection and spend quality time!

These guys came out here when nobody else could to help me and he got the job done and in a nice in a nice amount of time too I appreciate this

Well my experience with Brian was absolutely more than i would expect. He was able to assess the issue immediately and took time out on new year's eve to get the parts necessary to make the repair on the same day. I have dealt with many mechanics that would try to take advantage of you when you are in a dire situation. Brian didn't he was straight forward to the point and told it how it was. I did have other issues that Brian did correct because they were minor issues that i could have corrected myself but lack the mechanical knowledge to do so. I will definitely be doing repeat business with him for one other issue with my car, which he said he would address. I trust Brian and i strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a reliable mechanic definitely ask for Brian.

Brian was an excellent mechanic from the time I talked to him to when my car was finished. He knows his stuff he looked at my car for 10mins and told me the problem. He did such an amazing job he fixed a problem that had nothing to with what he was fixing for no charge. He will pick your car up and bring it back to you. Very much a people person. Thank you so much Brian defiantly will be coming back

Broken serpentine belt. Brian looked for over an hour for a logical reason why it broke. He saw rubber spots that had melted on the pulleys. Brian also
found one questionable pulley. He also pointed out that my belt snapped the cam sensor wire and connector. During my repair, Brian soldered the wires, applied heat shrink, new plastic dealer like coating, then retaped it. It looked like he had worked at a dealership, I even asked if he did.
Once it was all back together he made sure the pulleys and belt were all tracking correctly and assured me i wouldnt have the problem again a week later. Brian earned my respect and trust. I have a new mechanic in Houston, Tx which makes #3. I highly recommend his service. Thx Brian

I call Houston's best mobile mechanic and at first I was not convinced about the price cause I didn't know what was wrong with it. I decided to let Brian come because he said if it wasn't a fast repair in the gas station parking lot. Then he would tow it to my house, since it was only 5 minutes away. He came within 15 min.in 5 fast mins the mechanic saw my truck and told me exactly what was wrong with my truck and once he told me and showed me what was wrong I trusted him and decided to let him fix my truck and this mechanic guy was so fast at fixing my truck it only took him 20 mins. Within 1 hour of calling him. He showed up, diagnose it, get parts and fix it.

Brian came out within half an hour of contacting him on a SUNDAY. He ended up charging me less because the car had no damage! Overall quick and concise service. After recent flooding, i was stressed about having a possibly flooded vehicle but Brian came out and reassured me that it was fine. 10/10 would use again.

Brain Houston best Mobile is great he on time and reliable even on Sunday i called him with in and hour he was outside. Great customer service so anytime u need a mechanic look him up.

Brian did an awesome job on changing out the battery for my Maserati. He was honest, dependable and took time to explain why and what he was doing. He came out on a Sunday to take care of the car for me. He went the extra mile and test drove the car with running all elements to insure battery and everything was running correctly. He also cleaned the trunk with the vacuum from some dirt in it before placing everything back. Highly recommend using Brian!

Stuck down here from Dallas fuel pump went out and Brian had me back on road before weekend was even over.

THIS GUY HAS BEEN KEEPING MY CAR HOSTAGE FOR 2 MONTHS! Every time I try to get it he either comes up with a new excuse about something being broken or hides up in his house when he sees you coming.
He is going to try to lie about it so here are the conversation texts for proof.

Called this guy cause i changing my valve cover gasket and broke a bolt in the head.
Brian came out within 30 minutes and 30 minutes after he arrived he had the bolt extracted. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He even took the time to put paper towels in crevices so that the metal shavings didnt fall in engine. He also wet the towel. So it would stick. Awesome job. Thanks Brian
