HovaCare Clinic, San Antonio TX

Front desk associate is unprofessional and rude. Called in yesterday to get my prescription refilled and was told it was sent to the pharmacy. Once i arrived, i was told nothing was ordered/placed, this is the SECOND time they have done this to me. I am type 1 diabetic and cannot go without insulin. When i called today to ask why it wasn’t sent i just got attitude and was told “what do you want me to do since you said we didn’t send it”, i asked again for it to be submitted. Of course when i call the pharmacy again today, nothing still was sent. I will absolutely never go to that office again! (Dr.falebita office)
