3Lampasas is the worst experience ever dont use howdy if you li want any kind of Consistency, horrible customer service. Unauthorized charges. COMPLETE FRAUD!
Today is December 10th, howdy has not shown up to clean the porta pody since October 27th. I've called and they lied and lied and lied about why I haven't been served. Noone answers the phone and obviously no one is doing there job in the office. In July they came to service the unit after three weeks of no show and took the unit with no warning. I had to chase the truck down the highway and all I got was. "oops sorry, wrong person"
This company is horrible and I would never recommend anybody trying to use them not even once. I'm gonna have to seek out a different company while my construction continues in order to have some sort of sanitary means on the site.
Dumpster has sat full for 3 weeks. Multiple people including myself have called to ask for it to be picked up and they always say they will be here. A lot of the time you can't get anyone on the phone or when you do they hang up and say the call must of got dropped. We also have two porta johns that are not beeing serviced often enough.
