Our new Honda Pilot is the third Honda we have bought from Steve Gonzales and Howdy Honda. Steve has always taken great care of us, kept us well-informed, and has helped make the car buying experience a good one!

I rather go to First Texas Honda as always. I was around this place and needed oil change. This is the second time I serviced with them. This place cheats you with coupons. No more!

This app can help to use from voice to text messages automatically that design to communicate with deaf people. He is really pretty great to work with me. I got my Accord. I loved the staff here! I had gone to several Honda dealerships and this was by far the best one. Gerry was awesome! We spoke to him over the phone and instantly knew that he was the one that was going to help us out! He took his time and explained everything we needed to know and gave me every option that I could possibly have! I’m very indecisive and he was very patient and helpful and it all worked out! Unfortunately we had an awful encounter with the paperwork lady towards the end. She was “bilingual” (not really) and was very rude. She tried to shut my friend up a few times because she was trying to explain what I needed and didn’t (the extra stuff) and she was so rude to her! I think her name was Rita? I’m not sure but I was on the verge of requesting someone else because she pretty much ruined all the excitement and great experience I had before I went to her. BUT Gerry was great so I thank him for that!

My husband and I just bought a 2018 Accord from Dalton at Howdy Honda and couldn't be happier! Dalton took the time to listen to my husband's preferences and helped him pick just the right model. He had great product knowledge and was familiar with all the computer menus and cool new safety features of the Accord. Dalton also never tried to up sell us to a higher model that what we needed or wanted. We appreciated the low-pressure sales approach and will definitely be back to Howdy Honda when it's time for our next car!

Don't go to this dealership mainly if you are going with Sam's club or Costco Auto buying program. Manager told me Costco or sam's club program its nothing mean to him. He said he can not honor either of program discount. If nothing mean to him then dealership should not stay in that program to cheat client. They should get out from that program.

Manager told me that Howdy Honda participates in a sam's and Costco program but he does not care about program.

Brought my Vehichle in to Howdy Honda for service. Was greeted by Andrew Somerville he was very professional and courteous my first impression was how well he bridge the gap between myself and the issues wrong with my car. He informed me of the information and explained every detail about the parts that I needed. He didn’t try to oversell me on any parts or labor he was honest and had integrity about himself. He kept me updated with my car while it was in the shop. Awesome customer service
