I have been using HR Block for the past 4-5 years and will continue because the customer service is great, everyone that has ever helped me has been kind and quick.
The main reason is miss Lyn, she's the sweetest and very efficient person.
Christina was awesome. She answered all my questions and was exceptional in her Customer Support. I have worked in Customer service before and honestly I'm picky when it comes to that but, overall she was so friendly and helpful. I will be in tomorrow to make sure my whole return was correct and will be bringing my Mother for her tax needs but, overall that woman deserves a raise she's amazing.
Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service. Spent as much time with me and my difficult forms as was necessary. Easy to get an appointment when I needed it. Located close to my home. Nice environment in office.
The ladies that helped me out were nice and organized knowing what they were doing and how I could earn more.
