12The person who was supposed to our taxes didn’t know how to use technology. She couldn’t complete basic tasks on the computer, so because we didn’t feel comfortable having our taxes completely electronically there, we left and did them ourselves.
My tax preparer, Mr. King, was very accommodating and took me right away even though I was an hour early. He was able to address my concerns in a professional manner and deliver pointers/insights for my next return. A very kind and likable gentleman. I would like to see him again next year. Well done! I walked in and was attended immediately. Jesse King was my tax prepare and did an amazing job on filing my return. It was my first year filing with a 1099 form and he helped calculate expenses, and explained in detail some advice for future referencing. Great experience.
Process was quick and easy. It allowed me to go get some shopping and tasks done while I dropped off my paperwork and waited for my tax prepper to finish with his client he was working on when I walked in.
