My tax professsional helped me adjust my W-4, so I could avoid having to pay a penalty next year. She also found an error from the prior year and I was able to get some of that money back.

I was expecting a “Senior Tax Analyst” to have a good understanding of taxes, that really didn’t seem to be the case. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole experience based on the general knowledge of the people I was working with. I do not recommend going to H&R Block to have your taxes done.

He clearly explained to me the HR Block process, answered all my tax questions professionally and gave me valuable tax tips about education credits, tuition and loan deduction and the benefits of 401K, Roth and IRA programs when I enter the professional workforce this summer.
