Their customer service is impeccable! Nayana was genuinely kind, warm, and efficient with my whole filing process. Lisa at the front desk was equally as lovely and friendly. Thanks for making an otherwise stressful time waaaay less stressful:)

Theres no air conditioning and some of the workers are too old to know how to do taxes properly. The 1099 form did not need to be printed but they were still insistent on having it already printed out. Needless to say liberty taxes had no problem printing it off the irs website. Hire better people

I have had the same Tax Consultant at HR Block for several years since my location in Richmond Texas opened. Joythi Baglia has been doing Tax Returns for both of my Son's, my Mother in Law, and my Wife and I. We are all extremely satisfied working with her, year after year! Please keep her around for us!

They do not verify previously submitted IRS Tax. Instead they file the tax when they have gotten a warning notice during the submittal process. All they care about is making money. They do not pay attention to detail. Do not go here for your taxes. They will not refund their error to you.

The customer service at that location is a joke. You had someone who wasn't helping anyone look at me and say you are early for your appointment, so it'll be a while.

We have used H&R Block for years but now poor operations and the local tax was not filed. Joseph was little help and Gabriel of the customer Service department was of no assistance either.

2 stars instead of 1 because they did in fact get the job done for my taxes. However, after multiple attempts to get taken off of their call list (for this local office off of Grand Pkwy), I continued to receive phone calls from them about preparing the next year’s taxes. Eventually, when I insisted that they needed to do something different because previous attempts to get taken off of the call list had failed, I was told that they get their list from the corporate office and have no control over it. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes on the H&R Block corporate support number, only to have the representative tell me I would have to write a letter to the corporate office requesting to be taken off of the call list. After a couple times of insisting that this was unreasonable, and that I wanted the representative to handle it, the H&R Block representative hung up on me.

Nice clean office. But what's most important - great service. Christiana Venescar has helped me with my taxes last 3 years. Great person and professional.

Mr. Landers is an excellent communicator and offers years of experience to guide us through the entire process as well as provide tips on how to maximize tax benefits for the next year. He is an asset to your organization and the only reason I return year after year.
