Such a wonderful experience. Janice was so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about so many things and made the whole process so easy.

These persons need more training they misplaced my paper work and did not send my form to IRS for two weeks They said that I didn’t pay them. I told them that I have my receipt. They told that they did not know what happen.

We were told that now we both are retired after this year we would don't need to file again. Unless we decide to go back working. There is no need for us to work.

They totally screwed up my taxes. I can't even say enough about this place.receptionist lady was very nice but the lady that did my taxes seems to not know what hell she's doing

The receptionist let someone go ahead of me, after I'd been waiting for half an hour, just because she said she just needed to get something signed. Turned out that's not all she needed.

Went in there to file my 2019 returns. During my consultation it was suggested I file an amendment on my 2018 returns to get more money. Signed all the papers and agreed on the fee. Found out the lady forgot to do my state tax return. Said they would do it at no charge (pending if I didn’t owe anything). Few days later they call me to tell me I’m being charged for filing the amendment because it was a “second” consultation despite it was done at the same time as my 2019 return. Was never told I would be charged twice and never agreed to be charged twice. The lady I spoke to was rude and kept cutting me off and when I told her to stop interrupting me she said “Sir I’m going to hang up now I don’t have to talk to you. ” Never going through H&R Block again and will be filing a complaint with corporate and the Better Business Bureau

Misleading answers by the receptionist, she didn't make clear about bank fees when I asked about the the fees

Twice my return was delayed due to the reps not understanding what we wanted to do. As well as they did nnot file our return for three weeks because they said they were waiting for us to pay our fees when it was clearly stated that we wanted then taken out of our return. So now we are again waiting on our return because of your service

My tax professional was incredibly helpful in digging through the many forms we get each year. I'm in direct sales, I telework from home as a defense contractor, my husband is active duty military, and we sold a house. Marsha made it all approachable and helped me prepare for next year.
