H&R Block, San Antonio TX

I have gone here for the last couple of years, and they have some great Tax Pro's, Eloisa has always made me and my daughter comfortable & goes above and beyond for us.

I trust my tax preparer to get me the biggest refund possible. Ivonne Santiago has always done an excellent job and I plan to keep going to her for my tax return preparation.

Not sure if it because of my age or because my husband isn’t from America but Ivonne was the most rude and belittling person I’ve ever met in my life. Telling me I shouldn’t have been claiming my husband as a dependent, telling us we can’t renew his ITIN while in the process of filing for his residency (we made sure with the lawyer two days before that it wouldn’t be an issue but I guess Ivonne get paid more and knows more than legal because when we told her we cleared it with the lawyer she said no), then sat there and demanded a passport that wasn’t expired despite us saying we don’t have one (it expired a month and a half ago and we didn’t realize it because his consular ID doesn’t expire for a couple more years). Anyways, I will NEVER do business with this place again and she needs to be fired for her unprofessional and INACCURATE opinions. Not to mention her and the other guy that works there talking about a coworker loud enough for us to hear. I may go ahead and just call corporate. It’s absolutely disgusting how other humans treat each other and I didn’t deserve the disrespect since how I wasn’t disrespectful to her and gave her no reason to be treated that way.

Ms. Patricia Love and the rest of the H&R team were nice, helpful and expediant.
