HR Phoenix Electrical & Plumbing, Richland Hills TX

I called on Friday; I had an electrician at my house on Sunday. I am grateful there are companies out there that work around busy 9-to-5 schedules and can accommodate weekend service calls without "after-hours" charges. HR Phoenix sent Jackson Boyd. Mr. Boyd was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I will definitely use these folks again.

Bought a Backup Generator for the house from HR Phoenix. Great guidance and terrific team to work with. They met all expectations. A job well done.

Jay was sent out to assess my generator needs. I laid out in advance what I wanted. I was told I would receive a quote with 2-3 days. That was Jan 30. I have called HR Phoenix twice and was told they would check on why I have not gotten a quote. Nobody has called me back and I’m being ignored. If you don’t want the job, decline it! Don’t leave people hanging. Your customer service is terrible.

Very friendly and professional, not only did he do what he was called to do but went an extra step to help us resolve our issues.

He arrived on time and was informative about his process. He took pictures of the requested work and sent me the quote within an hour.

Quoted me $297 for two-hour electrical work. Electrician completed the work in 10-minutes, I called to adjust the bill and they refused to do so.

They got the job done and fixed the problem quickly but I was charged $300 for something that appeared to be a quick fix.

We had an issue come up. We called and talked to Erin. Morgan was available to come out the same day and fix our problem. He was very knowledgeable, very courteous, quick to the solution, and had all the tools and equipment needed. We'll definitely spread the word. Thank ya'll so much!

Michael and I talked thru the issue and immediately figured out how to fix it. He worked quickly, cleaned his area and was very professional. I am extremely satisfied with the service.

We won't have our work done till tomorrow but I just couldn't wait! Let me start by saying that Monday night our power panel went out and oncor came out and disconnected and we were told we had to repair it was like 2 am I called several electricians n Paul with HR Phoenix was the only one who responded! By 3 am he was at our door gave us a free estimate. Every other company wanted more than 80 just to come out! We were a little shocked at the price at first, so we told them we would get back cause it was a lot of money but after doing research their prices are very fair and very very reasonable we went ahead and contacted them yesterday. He came out today on time as usual. We made payment and got on terms with what needed to be done and we should be up and running tomorrow so I just want to SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO FRIENDLY SO CARING SO PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING!

The customer service staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. They also text you appointment reminders and when the tech is on the way which is very helpful. My tech Morgan was a very nice and knowledgeable guy - he deserves a raise! Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

I used Angi to get an estimate for the repair of a fluorescent light that was no longer working. It was a Sunday morning so I was not expecting to hear from anyone until the next day. To my surprise, Paul called me a few minutes later regarding the inquiry. I explained what I needed done and to my surprise again, Paul said that he could have an electrician come out that same morning and complete the job for me. A couple of hours later, Morgan arrived to do the work. He was friendly and competent and finished the job in enough time for me to keep my afternoon plans. I was very pleased with the work and the entire experience.

Fantastic. They understood my convoluted explanation of what was wrong with my smoke detectors and were able to come out right away and fix it quickly. Would highly recommend.
