12The best kolaches I've ever tried! Traveling from Austin to Houston I always take I-10 and come over here.
They have a wide selection of interesting books and that's my stop everything I have to work in Austin Texas.
I have been going to Hruskas since I was a child. I have never bought anything there that didn't taste good. Everything is always delicious. I would recommend this business to everyone. They have Everything. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The best stop on the road to Houston!
Roaming chickens for the dog to drool at, pig in blankets for the driver, and poppy seed kolaches for me - soooooo good.

Really great variety of all kinds of delicious kolaches along with all kinds of cool shirts, cups, hats, you name it, they probably have it. Very nice and friendly folks. Y'all stop by!
Can't say enough about this place! First time to stop in and so very glad I did! Amazing authentic schecklavacian Kolaches. Not even close in comparison to the boring routine versions of other Kolaches. Not Even Close, very much a repeat stop every trip through there from now on!
Kolaches are super delicious here! I prefer these kolaches over the ones in West, Texas on the way to Dallas.
Love this place It just the right size can find toys and other knickknacks for a gift along the way on your trip. The pastry kolaches are really good my favorite is Apple.
I love this place. I could never take it all in at once. It's charming and friendly and I stop there almost every trip back and forth from Houston to Austin.
Great choices of kolaches. Went there for the dessert versions (got a dozen to go home) and had to get 2 cinnamon rolls for the road. Delicious!
Delicious burgers! Stopped by with the family on a road trip, they got grilled cheeses and we got burgers, amazing! Snacked on some sweet bread after, it was a good day!
