This was a first time experience to choose on a variety of Sweet/UnSweet tea. I got the Mango Sweet Tea, and I did not taste any Mango flavor on it. Will definitely come back to get other flavors.

So addicted to getting tea here! Gallons of peach tea or blueberry tea! So delicious. Yum!

The tea is amazing as usual, But the service today was quite the opposite i don’t her name but the short fat lady working this morning was so rude to me. I could hear her talking mess under her breath about me. I came in around 8: 30. If something isn’t done I will be contacting corporate

It's decent tea. Definitely could be a lot sweeter. It is cool because they have a lot of different flavors though, and it's kind of becoming one of our traditions to go here while we're cleaning the house

To think they originated from the West Texas area and I lived in that area for 3 years, not ever trying them was baffling. However, to find out that they are in Clear Lake is wonderful!

I love the cheap prices for the delicious tea. Sometimes I get sweet or unsweet. When I get the sweet teas, they are just right sweet like Southern Sweet Tea and not syrupy like Kool-Aid. When I get unsweet, though the sugar component isn't there, I can still taste the tea leaves that were brewed enough to bring out that crisp tea flavor.

Typically, I make my own tea at home, but at times when I am craving iced tea, I come here. The staff is friendly and not fussy. I love how the drive-through line goes very quickly and it isn't lingering on wait-times.

I hadn't found my favorite tea flavor yet, but I recently tried the unsweet mint in the largest size and was amazed that a size can get that large. I hope this restaurant is here to stay in the CL area.

Very good tea with a large variety of flavors. The store has a drive thru that's busy, but fast.

Amazing tea! Obsess worthy. High-quality water, ice, and tea. Come into the shop and self-serve or mix it up to your liking. It's so much fun, and I'm never disappointed by the tea or service. They also have little fruit add ins you can grab for your tea. They sell other snacks and products inside, and its fun to browse through. I have bought a couple of good snacks, a cup, and even a shirt, which is so cute and comfy. I brought some dry tea bags to make at home and usually get a gallon or half gallon to bring to parties or to the beach.

Crunchy ice, dozens of tea choices, fresh fruit to add if you care and happy hour, too. Nice experience.

I love HTEAO, however I have quit going as much due to the service and the cleanliness of this establishment.

The staff is hardly ever upfront and too busy chatting and visiting, thus making people wait until they get up front.

The garbage is always overflowing, the floors are always sticky. Let’s not even talk about the dirty bathroom.

This place the first few years it was opened was top notch, great service and older people working there. Now, seems to have a younger staff that don’t worry about anything much.

Apparently, they don’t worry about wiping counters, emptying the garbage or cleaning the rest room. I know this is not the image the Webster HTeaO’s owners would appreciate.

The tea is very very good. But there's no good customer service. This place needs an adult to train how to treat customers with a smile the atmosphere is dull.

Unique experience if you love iced tea with dozens of flavor choices. Crushed ice was a plus. Happened to catch happy hour, which was delightful.

Love this place I live in gave n make the d4ive at least three time a week. Drinks are wonderful
