COMPLAINT BELOW:
Little backstory: I took my car here to get repaired after the huge hail storm we had in the Spring. They informed that they were not going to have availability to repair my car until around mid September. When taking my car in they informed me that the car repairs were in fact repairable. The Initial estimate that was given by Triple AAA private adjuster was around $9,000 for repairs. Two months later I get a call that my car is deemed UNREPAIRABLE and the Final estimate for repairs was $13,000. This big of difference was so frustrating and confusing as to why the body shop didn't give me nor contact my insurance of the final estimate until the end of September or beginning of October. Since they had possession of my car since the 18th of September. Instead I'm guessing my car sat there for a month and they then started on the repairs and realized it was going to need more than what they had assumed. Yet I got the call on NOVEMBER 10th telling me my car was going to need to be totaled. They also informed my insurance that the car was "Completed" on October 13th yet since I was not in town I had my sister go by on the 23rd and nothing had even been started yet! So this is how I'm guessing that they had it for a month maybe even longer before they even started repairing it. This shop had my car for TWO MONTHS just to tell me that the car wasn't able to be "Completely" fixed and my insurance telling me the car was going to be a total loss.
Mind you these two months I had been paying a Car note, Insurance, as well as financing tires and breaks on the car. But since the Final supplement wasn't sent over until TWO MONTHS later after being in the shop I am out thousands of dollars plus not having a car (:
Oh but trust me they sure got paid lol billed my insurance $5,082 for storage fees and also I believe got paid $7-11 thousand on "PBR" work. Ridiculous. If I I had an option to give this 0 STARS. I would.

Great customer service! My front driver's side door would not close correctly and was misaligned. They fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again for your help.

Hub City Body Shop is the best go to collision shop in Lubbock Texas. They helped with all insurance claims and kept us posted on the progress of our vehicle while in repair. Highly recommend them.
