33Very bad attention from the seller to the manager, do not buy cars there very bad attention, wait three days to not give a correct answer!
We had an amazing experience at Hub Katy. IC should be given a raise for the way he handled me and my girlfriend as customers were able to leave with a car the same day. A very nice Pre used car that was very affordable for people who are just starting off their careers. IC was able to match us with a vehicle in less than 30 mins and he even let us test drive it out to our favorite dinner spot 10/10 if you need a good working car that will last you long and affordable come to hub Katy. We drove from South Houston for this great deal
If I could, I would give this place 0 stars! Went in on a Thursday to purchase a car and trade in a vehicle. I was already pre approved through two banks. I told the agent exactly who I wanted to finance through. He walks away with my credit application.next thing you know I get 3 notifications to my phone saying my credit was checked by 3 different banks. None were of the two that I was pre approved and asked for. Instead of the agent taking me out to the lot to view different vehicles. He goes and pick the one that he likes, most like the one he’ll get an extra bonus for and let’s me test drive that. After that, he lies and say “all the banks are closed right now let’s get you in the morning and you’ll have a car by lunch. ” My appointment was the next day at 10 am this man calls me at 9: 45 am and tells me “we’re working on the deal for your car stay by your phone I’ll tell you when to come in” how are you working on a deal and I haven’t chosen a car yet. Hours go by never heard back from him. Sent a text for an update I get a response that night with more lies. Basically the finance manger and the sales agent wasn’t doing their job. I never received any real updates. I went to Car Max today. I was able to get my car appraised, test drive cars, view the offers I received from the bank and got approved all without putting down a crazy large down payment. Down payment was under $800. Happy I get to pick up my new car from car max on Monday!
I wouldn’t recommend HUB Hyundai of Katy to my worst enemy. These people are unprofessional, liars and they WILL waste your time.
I would gladly recommend this place for your next purchase. Ask for Z or Kimbrough to help you out they are the best at what they do. They will do everything in their power to get you what you want, I know we did.
It was my first time here and first time buying a car, and i got to say, my sales associate, IC, was SUPER friendly and VERY helpful. He was patient and made my experience very comfortable. The manager was also very sweet and honest. Even the finance manager, Rudy, was helpful and friendly.
Overall, friendly and honest staffs.
Service department is good, they do good work. I am looking forward to a new facility deserving of the Hyundai & Genesis brands
The staff is very courteous and helpful. The facility is very clean and the length of time for service is pretty quick. Scheduling is very easy too.
I called to see if a car was available, they told me it was but when I got there the vehicle is not there. They brought out another vehicle, I guess they couldn't sell this one so they brought it out as a replacement. Price negation took a while, we finally agree on one. BE CAREFUL, the number on the paper doesn't match the price we agree on. CHECK YOUR NUMBER because they will try to trick you.
I did not buy a car at this dealership. However, I did get some offers for a Genesis by one of the salesmen, Mark. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.we couldn't agree on numbers but I was still very happy with his work and wanted to give him a good review. If I go back, I will ask for him again no doubt!

Do you have have extra 160$ to throw away, they will change your leaking ac refrigerant, which doesn’t make any difference! And charge you. Used car service manager Antony likes to fake smile and scam on daily basis, be very very careful
Nina, is the greatest salesperson! I went in for service on my 2013 Sonata and left with a 2018 Sonata at Hub Hundai in Katy, TX. I was not expecting to buy a vehicle today, but in fact I did. The finance manager managed to keep my payment the same as on my 2013 as on my 1018 Sonata. Amazing! They lowered my interest rate with $450.00 down. Go buy a car!
I made appointment for my Hyundai Genesis air conditioning issue! When I made the appointment was not told there would be a diagnostic fee! I was not happy to pay over $100!
I BOUGHT A 2018 KONA WITH SALES PERSON ZIYA AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE VERY HONEST AND QUICK DID NOT TAKE LONG AND VERY FRIENDLY. I SURE WILL BE LETTING MY FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT HIM. ALSO THE MANAGER MR AVI WAS GREAT VERY HONEST AND WAS QUICK. AND FIANCE MANGER VERY GOOD.
Anthony is real scammer, changed refrigerant in leaking compressor, which makes no difference, but charged 160$
2nd Review, I came in for service, terrible problem on my 2013 Hyundai. Walked out with a 2018, same payment, Sports edition. Didn't need to buy a car but I did. Yippee!
