2 Beautiful floorplan, really ideal for roommates.
Long time tenant.
Honestly, I wish I could find something more nice to say. But the property manager, Sheri, has destroyed the appeal of living here. When you are treated as less than human and completely disrespected, even the roof over your head feels unsafe. Rarely have I met someone as unreasonable and insulting as her.
The assistant manager, Maren, shows a great deal of grace and compassion. However the law is laid with Sheri, which makes this a moot point.
An absolute shame.
We have lived here 8 years in two different floor plans. Is a quite place, management and maintenance are very professional, personable, and respond to needs in a timely manner.
It is in a great location within walking distance of grocery, pharmacies, restaurants, mall, rose rudman park.and so much more.
