The lady was extremely helpful and patient. She showed us several plaques and one in particular that was a two tone color which my husband liked and I liked it too and the lady also agree with our choose. Afterwards she showed us some writing to choose from and we agreed on one. The final product of the plaque and the Engraving was just beautiful and elegant. They did a awesome job. Thank you. Mrs. H
