It was as simple as seeing the car online. I called the next morning to inquire about the car I seen online. They had sold the one I looked at already but they had the exact same model in a different color that I liked even more. I jumped in an Uber to the dealership and drove off the lot in my brand new 2024 Chevy over all I had a really good experience. I bought bolt EUV from this dealership and Morriss was the sales agent we dealt with. He is a great genuine and honest guy. It took 3-4 month for me to get the car from the booking to delivery due to its demand but Morriss made the wait time a little to no issue. His clear communication and timely updates has made the process very smooth and on the day of pick up the final talks with the manager there was pleasant and very quick. They don’t push you on Anything and show you the best options based of your needs which is very rare with car dealerships. 2 of my other cousin who simply accompanied me at the time of booking and pick up and booked their cars with Morriss just because the way he spoke to them. Our salesman, Morriss Tompkins was excellent. Very informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer skills. The only issue that I have from being a long time GM employee, and Car purchaser is with GM's inventory levels were very low compared to previous buying experiences. It is not the GM that I used to know and work for.

As always Keith Overturf took care of my car issue, got me back on the road quicker than expected and is a true professional.

Juan Torres was great, didn’t push us to buy anything, just provided any answers to any questions we had. We bought the BOLT EV. They sold it at MSRP, no additional cost. The only issue we had was with their website and app being a little glitchy. I might have given it a 4.5 stars if I could but since that’s not an option I’ll go ahead and give 5 stars because the service and car quality was definitely 5 stars:)

Lee, my Service Advisor was most helpful in arranging for repair of my Suburban this previous Friday afternoon an Saturday. A new airdam was replaced at a reasonable prices. Awesome purchasing experience. Brian D.was very informative, helpful and never pushy. Also important is there is no markup on the car and no extra stuff added to inflate the price of the car. Once my car arrives, the purchasing process was very smooth and painless. They presented extra services/warranty for purchase, but I never felt pressured to have to get them. Overall a very awesome experienced and if my car drives well, I'll be looking to get another Chevy from Brian again! Thanks guys!

I arrived at Huffines Chevrolet on Wednesday, August 23,2023, stressed and frustrated from my experience with GMC Mckinney. Out walks a service technician with a big and welcoming smile named Keith Overturf. My air conditioning was out in this 107 degree weather. Keith checked me in, scheduled a lyft to take me to work. Kept me updated on my car, made sure I knew early enough that my car was going have to stay another day and how much it was going to cost to fix. On Thursday Keith called me and told me my car would be ready 4: 30pm and he would schedule a lyft to pick me up.
This was the best experience I've had since buying my GMC. Thank you for the superb customer service Keith. You're the best! My car is fixed and I'm riding in cool air. I'll be back soon, its almost time for a oil change and brakes. I found my new dealership.
