I used this cleaners years ago and they did a great job at that time. Recently I took in 5 shirts for laundering and starch. I requested heavy starch. Of the 5 shirts 3 were light starch and the 2 Polo button downs were limp. I find myself paying more for services and getting a pitiful effort from the service provider. I can do better with spray starch so that's what I will do.
