3Definitely not helpful at all. Since covid-19 has started, I was told I would be called for my interview, in which that wasn’t a problem but I was never called and received a letter in the mail with a number to call. Their interview hours are terrible because most people are at work during those hours and you’re on hold for damn near an hour waiting to talk to them.
Here's a nice place to go if you need assistance the people are nice they're the social workers will help you they give great customer service and they know how to treat the people
If you are struggling with resources do not come to this place. The snap and tanf side are polite and helpful and will provide you with the service you need.while the cps side treat new mothers with no criminal background or drug history like crackheads because of a Cesarean surgery. They will harass you based on your skin type and act unprofessionally and will try to hinder you from actually doing what you need to do while promising resources. They do not offer CCS, and co operating is like pulling teeth. If someone uses them to harass you do not give any information.they go after black ppl with assumed poor standing and if you plan on asking for resources don't. I didn't ask for resources and was treated poorly. I found all the resources I needed via Internet. Even if it takes awhile to do it yourself please do. God gives guidance to those who ask
