4I Really Wish I Could Give This No Stars, The Lady Mandy There Is So Rude Along With All The Other Ladies Who Work There, Ive Called 3 Times & Two Of Them I Was Hung Up On, Then The Third Time This Mandy Girl Answered & I Told Her I Had Questions & She Put Me On Hold As Soon As I Said That, But When I Go In Person Literally Nobody Is Doing Anything Or Even On The Phone. Worst Benefits Office Ever.
Wish I could give zero stars. Lady named Belinda was very rude. Not a people person. She hung up on me!
They need more than 1 employee on duty. At least a caseworker or 2 to answer questions or help people. Covid is ruining everything.
Whoever the lady is that answers the phones is ABSOLUTELY RUDE! If you have questions to ask don’t even bother, she rushes you through your questions and doesn’t give you straight forward answers and then just hangs up on you in the middle of asking questions. If you hate your job that much find another one. Some of us just need help understanding something. We don’t call for you to make us feel stupid.
