Went on a early Monday morning. I expected long lines and long wait times. Come to find out there was only 3 other people there, completely empty. And the enployee I dealt with was very helpful

Got denied for SNAP renewal after missing a very narrow window because I don't consistently get my mail at the homeless shelter I live in. Now I will go without benefits for the month of December and will have to start selling heroin again. Thanks guys.

This is the Community Dental Clinic of Dallas County it is a non-profit it is based on your income. You can get extractions and most of your dental services done and house. The dentist was very friendly the x-ray technician was super friendly and the front desk staff was absolutely awesome and very welcoming. If you're low on funds go see if you can get approved for dental services.

Not helpful at all, denied me my benefits and have never had to go through this much with a health and human resource office ever, my sister spoke badly of them but I never thought it was that bad, I've been on hold with this office on the phone, not to mention not once has anyone picked up the phone in the past 30-45 minutes I've been waiting!

The ladies down there are very helpful. They answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction as to what I need. My case worker was very informative and made sure I had the phone numbers and addresses to the services I needed.

Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) is housed in this building with many programs and services including: the Tuberculosis Elimination Clinic which tests for TB; the Ryan White Planning Council which guides HIV service providers; the HIV Early Intervention Clinic which tests for HIV; the STD Clinic which tests for a variety of sexually transmitted diseases; an Immunization Clinic which provides adult and child Immunizations for school, routine, and travel, as well as some other services. Check out their website for more details and services offered. The first floor lobby has a variety of brochures which change but are generally related to health and social services available. There are forms and a drop box to register to vote by the elevators. Lots of open, free parking available around the building. Some services may require payment and must be paid at the cashier booth in the lobby.

Going through this office is much better than trying to call on the phone as they are impossible to get ahold of otherwise. This office quickly and efficiently processes your paperwork and gets you what you need sometimes during the same visit. I highly recommend going into the office to complete.

These people NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone. They just let it ring for hours. It's freaking ridiculous!
