Human Services Department, Rosenberg TX

This office has very poor customer services. The waiting time is outrageous. All receptionist sit and wait more that 30 minutes in between visitors to assist them. They are not knowledgeable of their own guidelines. So sad to see how many visitors to this location are treated. No matter what office you walk into, customer service just be #1.

This place gotta be discriminatory bc them ladies behind counter especially old one with blk hair gave everybody that was of color an issue she make u go to back of the line and wait again if u miss one question on paper I could’ve stood on side and checked that off bt no this lady here was no help she makes it worser than what it is they lucky I have kids and need my stuff this place is the worst they dgaf bout u at all so be prepared worker in back she ain’t no better type whatever she want on ur paperwrk … ridiculous like I wouldn’t be in there if I ain’t need it trust me! Them ladies behind desk didn’t give slatinos r whites a issue nobody but black ppl

Im a Senior and I started eith 135.00 a month, and was reduced to 70.00. This is without the relief. My relief was 300.00. Can you buy a
month of groceries with 70.00 a month. Let me see the President do this with the high prices.

Window 4, w the black hair with Gray streaks is rude. Person who issues the snap cards was not there so she opted to be rude, unwarranted.

Went to talk to about updating info for my daughter. The interviewer was on vacation. There was no one else that could see me or answer my questions with any helpful responses.

Very friendly security and staff on site. Sometimes there's a long line but at the most you'll be there for 30 min.

Learn how to treat clients & employees with respect. I understand this is a fast paced world, but people skills are important. Human Services Department in Texas is a terrible environment and place to work.
