Humble Low Voltage

I wanted a larger TV, but the only way that would work is if I mounted it in the center of the room. The conundrum is there was big fireplace there—not one of those cute electric ones but a big boxy one which meant the lowest part of the TV would be about 5’ high. Who wants to look at a TV that high? I found a solution in the mantlemount tv mount but I didn’t have the confidence that I could install it and my husband’s honey-do list is already too long. That’s where Humble Low Voltage came in with their cape. They are an official vendor so they already had the mount in stock, where as buying from the manufacturer would take two weeks for delivery; they were also available for same week scheduling. Our project got delayed (my fault, not theirs), but Andrew was able to get me rescheduled right away. My new, larger TV is even lower than the one I had previously mounted in the corner and the installation went off without a hitch. I am so happy I chose Humble Low Voltage—their price was right (literally a few hundred less than their competitors) but their service was priceless.

5 star service from start to finish, they installed an alarm and security camera system at our facility and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. He made time to walk me through the apps for each system and made sure I was comfortable with each one before leaving.
