0 stars I do not recommend. Very poor management. I was there 11 months. Apartment was not ready on move in day after calling several times to confirm. Had to move in without being cleaned. (Pictures) pool was seldom open and then questionable if it was safe. Gym filthy no AC most of the time I was there. Pay for gated community no locks and drive in gates stay open a lot of the time. And after all the false advertising they will not reimburse anything and raise the rent. They also draft your bank account without authorization. Make sure to stop payment with your bank not their website portal.

I just moved into the HC apartments recently, and I’ve basically had to tell all of my family members/friends that they cannot visit due to the exaggerated/false complaints made by one neighbor. I have 2 toddler boys that I have to treat like they are in a prison. The slightest fumble and the people that live under me starts to hit their ceiling multiple times. Not to mention the false complaints because 89% of the time now nobody’s even home. Yesterday night I had 3 of my sisters over, and I was embarrassed of the fact that the same neighbor in fact called the police. I had to literally tell them to go get air outside to keep them from asking this lady what her problem is. I feel targeted, and I’ve tried to play things nice. Nobody should have to tiptoe in a place they pay rent at. I’ve called to leave complaints myself, and I never got an answer. I’ve had to call the police twice because of noise yet I’m the one not taken seriously. They have sent maintenance with a paper saying I have other people living with me, because in fact I have kids. I’ve spoken to all the other neighbors regarding them and they are ok they let me know if there’s a problem except one. I’ve tried everything, but at the point I’m starting to think there’s more to the issue.

I moved to HC back in April of 2023 when I entered into a new season in my life. I thought this was going to be a new and wonderful time for me but it’s been frustrating ever since. Management has changed hands not once, not twice but 3 times and i’ve seen 5 different leasing agents come and go. Not to mention they all have been from temp agencies. There have been charges on my account that haven’t been addressed and the trash i pay 28$ monthly for is never picked up at my door. The pool pump or filter went out and the pool was nasty and green and management didn’t even get a company to fix it. I tried working out but it’s 90* in the gym and the air doesn’t seem to work. My car was hit buy someone else’s door which caused a dent and paint removal on my vehicle due to parking spaces being so small. I now pay for covered parking. The only thing about this place is that when i have had an issue with my disposal, air, or bathroom etc in my unit, Rudy Sanchez has been on time, kind and so nice to fix things in my apartment as quickly as he could. He’s worked hard
and being the only one on site to attend to these types of problems, he’s gotten things completed as quickly as possible and he’s been so easy to talk to about each issue. Very trustworthy guy! The new leasing agent Nichole is very sweet and has been kind each time i’ve spoken with her in regards to any of my concerns. I just hope at least they stay because at least you know they get things taken care of with utmost professionalism.

Rudy the maintenance man is super friendly and even though he’s only been to my apt twice he’s gets stuff done super quickly.

Hate to give bad reviews because Rudy is the best and does all he can. However management does not respond to emails or calls, pool has only been open a few times this summer, gym is always dirty and extremely hot 89 degrees, trash not picked up. When you pay for the amenities they should be available or cost reimbursed on rent.

I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place. They show you a model when you first look, and it looks nice. They tell you this is what yours will look like. That is not true at all. There is trash everywhere and the dumpsters are overflowing. The pool is NASTY and a huge health concern. The pool is literally the color of grass. GREEN! It has been closed majority of the summer. We have only been able to use it about 4 times and it was still dirty and cloudy then. There is trash, and and pool equipment laying around everywhere. The gym AC has been "out" for 3 months now and it is at 89 degrees in the dead heat of the summer. I have have reached out to management, and corporate multiple tomes with no response.

I came to look at a 2 bed room and 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment looked great and Nicole was very knowledgeable and sweet.

The receptionist was very helpful and nice! The apartments were very spacious and the environment is very peaceful. Highly recommend!

I walked thru the apartment today. With Nicole, everything looked very nice. She did a excellent job for me.

Our last day at Hunters Cove is July 13,2023,
Bittersweet felling we have had an amazing time here very great place to live. Especially the maintenance man Rudy Sanchez always on point! When it came to getting things done he was always there and very respectful and got things done in a timely manner. So if you move here you can definitely expect great maintenance services! The complex is very quiet and family friendly would definitely come back if I had to;) thank you Hunters Cove and Thank you Rudy Sanchez for always taking care of us!

I am moving to the area and met with Nicole who should me around the property and was very nice and quick to answer all my questions. Great experience. Thanks Nicole!

My family and I went and toured the apartments and Nichole was so nice and friendly! She answered any questions we had. Every time I’ve called and spoke with her she’s always so nice and helpful.

Just took a tour with Elize. She is super sweet, but I feel so bad for her. It’s so CRAZY in that office. Like why is she the only one working? ! I feel like this place seems way too busy for just one person to be handling everything!

I've been looking for apartments since returning back to Texas and I stopped by and spoke with a young lady by the name of Nichole and she was so helpful. Such a welcoming and warming greeting with a smile and was able to answer all of my questions! She was very professional and friendly! I hope and pray to call these apartments my new home!

Nicole was very pleasant to work with and gave me a tour of a 2 bedroom. Very neat place to live! Definitely recommend leasing with them!

Just left the office with ms.elise and I’m so thankful for the office ladies. They have helped so much. The maintenance guy are super sweet and made me feel seen finally. Previously barely anything was done when I asked and people were rude. But now with the new people everyone is nice and helps me. I decided today I will sign another lease because of them.

I really enjoyed my visit. Nichole helped me, and she was great and very helpful. It’s a lovely living place!
