My daughter has lived here for maybe almost 4 years. Ive only lived here, on and off the last year or two. We had a few issues. But! Esther is very sweet and takes care of her residents, if ever a problem happens. Maintenance is great to. They take very well care of this property. It’s affordable & If you are looking for a safe nice place to live. Then these would be the best apartments. They have security late evening as well. Happy apartment hunting.

Lived here for a year.
Pros: The pool is nice is really nice and big. The area is quiet and near grocery stores.
Cons: There were tons of dead & alive roaches when I first moved in. They only spray pest control for certain apartments. The apartment appliances are really old including the college stackable washer & dryer. The water is turned off nearly every day, but Esther will warn you via email. Also the maintenance guy is kind of creepy. Watches you through the mirrors in the gym. Sometimes can smell marijuana through vents. There is mold they spray over it with white paint as well.

I’m a current resident (since April 2018) and have enjoyed it here.

Pros:
*Quiet area in a central location. *Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion. (Julian was the best when he was here)

Cons:
*Hot water - there are constant boiler repairs being done. I should be able to turn my hot water on and it come out hot instead of lukewarm.
*There are some parking lot repairs that need to be fixed within the complex.

If the hot water would be a permanent fix instead of temporary, my rating could would then change to five stars.

I had to leave a one star because I cannot leave 0 on the portal. I am being charged my rent 2 times and Esther and Caesar are not listening to me to remove one of the rent charges off the portal. She is saying they don't pay attention to the portal so please people don't trust this apartment complex because apparently when you go on the port of the pay. Your rent it will lie to you and double charge you. And yet you have horrible tenants that smoke pot all the time throw hot grease off the balconies. I've called the police department 7 times within my lease and the parments have done nothing. I have found a legal complaint against the apartment complex and I also have a reported to Fox 4 news and the civil suit company of Arlington Esther and Caesa Are crooked.

Im going on my second lease term here at hunters point apartments & they are by far the best apartments i have stayed in. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, dog friendly & in the middle of all the places i go as in grocery shopping, beauty supply, food places, etc. Management is super friendly & very help which is a plus, Maintenance is awesome, if i have any issues they get the job done fast & right the first time, that's very important to me because a lot of apartments are not like that. My favorite things about hunters point is everyone in the front office & their personalities, my washer/drying in my 1 bedroom unit which is hard to find now a days & the pool area which has a built in grill & a hot tub (that works year around). In my opinion hunters point apartments is a little pricey but it's worth it because i literally have no issues at all & if i did i can bet my last buck it will be resolved in a professional, respectful, & helpful way. Thank you Hunters Point for everything you do & making it feel like home here

Love living here! The only concern I have is that there is not enough lighting outside at night in the parking areas.

I lived here for 2 years and it was great for the most part. Here are pros and cons below based off my experience:

Pros: it's a quiet area for the most part, maintenance tickets were always answered quickly, maintenance never made me feel unsafe. Management is great, Esther and Bridgette were always there to answer questions, I enjoyed their personalities.

Cons: there is a lot of roaches, I think this could be fixed if they handled pest control for everyone. I found my own trick to keep roaches away. I lived on the first floor and every now and then the noises from up above were heard clearly, again it wasn't daily but when it was, you could hear conversations, people walking/running. The cabinets are pretty old and you can tell. The water is shut off when maintenance is needed but they do warn everyone.overall, it's a decent place to consider.

I really enjoyed living here. My son and I would love to go to the pond and fed the fish and turtles. I did see more debris around the pond so this area needed attention (at that time, not sure if it’s changed). The apartment complex was very well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like was there was no ceiling fan in our specific apartment. Also we did have an instance of a car break in. Office staff were very helpful and active in acknowledging all residents. We did reside here during COVID so I did appreciate the precautions they took for the pool. When I purchased my home, management were very understanding during the process and I had absolutely no issues! So I definitely appreciate the smooth process for having to end my lease (after renewing).
