It always fun to watch a craftsman in action. The leak was on the bottom side of valve, could not see while in place.

Love this place, I had an issue with my dryer and the guy that came out told me what it could be, didn't try to sell me anything was very honest and straight forward we bought the parts and dryer still didn't work. I called to let them know they said they would come out and look again no charge this time but they let me know it could only be 1 of 2 things. So about 3-4 days after we decided to go to the shop and look for a dryer the sales Rep was very informative

Amazing customer service. Dryer stopped heating. Darryl came out the same morning, reviewed the options with me and made the necessary repairs. I’m a customer for life!

Larry is one of the most responsive and genuine people I’ve worked with. They treat you right and they make it right if there’s any problems. I told my wife that Larry restored my faith in retailers. They have my appliances business for life.

Very nice place to visit. They really have top of the line appliances. Also have a few antiques on display. Customer service 5 star. Very helpful in helping me find what I needed.

I had the most amazing experience at Hurst TV & Appliance! The gentlemen who helped me I think his name was Larry was very helpful and kind and patient with me I asked a lot of questions with this being my first time to buy a washer and dryer and he really went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely do business here again and I’m so very thankful for this store!

Awesome customer service. Called and they were able to come out the next day, called again an hour before getting here. Both gentlemen on the phone & for repair were so polite and knowledgeable. Service call was fair and never felt for one second I was getting up charged, etc. Highly recommend.

I love this store. I love to shop local and it’s family owned. Larry is a wonderful, he’s extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. They, Greg and Dee, delivered my refrigerator this morning and were very careful with my home. They explained everything I need to know about the refrigerator how to take care of it. Greg and Dee could not have been nicer. Exceptional experience. I’ve also had the store do repair work in the past on appliances and have been completely satisfied.

I had a Samsung tv that popped and went dead. I called and asked Charley his opinion on the repair. He was honest and told me the power parts for my 2016 set aren’t even available any longer. Kudos to them for their honest and very knowledgeable opinions. If I EVER need repairs done in the future I will definitely use Hurst TV repair!

Btw…. I called another squad repair service that couldn’t answer my questions before charging me 100 trip charge to look at the tv. That right there speaks volumes!

Got a great deal on a lovely pair of Speed Queen appliances. Heading back again for a new washer.
