I first started seeing Jen for her acne bootcamp at 29. I started getting horrific hormonal acne worse than I’d ever had in my life-even as a teen. It was painful and ugly; I would literally cry about how bad it was. Looking back now, it’s insane how acne can affect your self confidence. I’m a hairstylist and I see new people a lot and I was extremely self conscious-to the point I didn’t even want my boyfriend to look at me sometimes. I’ve tried it all, I swear-even seeing a dermatologist. I decided to do Jen’s acne boot camp and I would trust her with my life. My skin is SO FREAKING CLEAR NOW. My acne is gone, we’re working on some sun damage and evening out my skin tone now as well as anti-aging (hello 30!). I feel so good about my skin, and I don’t have to wear any foundation unless I really want to for some reason. Even around my cycle I barely ever get a little pimple.
Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and her “bedside manner” is empathetic and helpful. She truly cares and wants to help you have beautiful skin you feel confident in. The program is also very reasonable cost wise, because of the fact that she WANTS it to be accessible.

Definitely give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed! Stop waiting for a miracle cream from ulta or sephora or that some tiktok star recommends: they’ve got nothing on Jen. That clear beautiful skin is only an appointment away I promise you!

She is my go to for all my needs from lashes to getting my hair zapped. I appreciate learning how the procedures work and timeline expectations. All the ladies are very knowledgeable, passionate about each client, and have amazing personalities!

I have been getting my classic lash extensions with Monica at NextJen Aesthetics for several months now. She applied the original set and has done my fills every 2 weeks (on occasion it’s been a 3 week fill). My lashes ALWAYS look amazing and there are many times when my 2 week appointment comes around that my lashes still look really good. I’ve never had lashes that were stuck together. The retention is always fantastic- but I also am super careful with my lashes. I love them so much! Not having to deal with mascara is a huge game changer. I think that was the longest part of my makeup routine. Now I just brush them gently with my spoolie. Throw on some lip tint, primer and a bit of foundation and blush for a quick out the door look. My lashes just make me feel better from the moment I wake up- especially when traveling. I cannot stress enough how awesome Monica is as an esthetician and as a person who listens to me ramble on during my appointment time. Love, love Jennifer, who is the owner. Every staff member I have come into contact with has been just incredible. The rooms are always clean and Monica always makes me comfortable with a wedge under my knees to help my back, a blanket if one is needed and the oh so luxurious heated table. I would get every service they offer if I could afford them all! Lol. Don’t hesitate- just go! You will not be disappointed.

Kendall does an amazing job on my lashes and eyebrows! I love my lashes and eyebrows every time! She takes her time and I feel so amazing every time! What a special place as well! So inviting! Everytone is so frendly and makes you feel special!

Been going to Jen for two years now. She has always done an amazing job with my lashes. She is always on time, friendly, and professional. I was hesitant to try the slim shots but Jen took the time explain everything to me putting my mind at ease. The rooms have always been clean even when I'm early and know another customer was just in there. All the tools and equipment she uses on me is either package new or out of the sanitizer. I am super excited to see the office when the remodel is complete, what Jen describes sounds beautiful. I definitely recommend Jen and Hush Aesthetics.

I've been going to Hush Aesthetics for a few years. Its been great watching them transform their new space after the hardship they have gone through with their last space flooding.

My service always starts on time and their rooms are always clean and cozy.

There was another review complaining about a lot of things but it just takes some asking to realize that there is another side to things. They are painting because their last place flooded and they recently moved in. They don't have a receptionist because they are a small, by appointment only business. My service has never once started late, but at the same time they always give me 100% of their undevided attention and make sure I understand everything and don't have any questions before I leave.

All three estheticans have been great and I highly recommend treatments here.

Ingrid is very nice and super knowledgeable. I love the availability of appointments on the weekend. However, punctuality is an area that needs to be developed further.

I have been using hush for years! Jennifer has always been very professional and kept a nice medspa. All the staff are kind and welcoming, and the multitude of services and product's available mixed with the great client relationship is what keeps me coming back! I always recommend them to anyone looking for lashes, and all the other essentials!

I reserved an Advanced dermaplaning appointment through Class Pass because I had credits that needed to be used.
I was told to arrive 15 mins early to fill out paper work. I arrived like 25 mins early because I had to use the restroom. I waited at the desk for 10 mins, no one came. 2 other people were waiting in the lobby and hadn’t been helped yet either. I just walked myself around because I had to use the restroom so bad. When I came back someone was talking to the people waiting and got kind of sassy and pointed out the sign that someone would be with them.
1st problem- someone NEEDS to be at the front desk at all times. So unprofessional to just have people read a white board sign that says to take a seat. Especially when there’s ONLY 2 chairs!

If you’re looking for a nice relaxing spa place, this isn’t it. Construction materials everywhere. 2 chairs in the lobby. Just sloppy all around. Spa towels to wear aren’t nice, they seem used and old. And after I thought about it, I know someone was in the room before me. And I highly doubt the bedding or towels were changed out.

The thing that made me the maddest, was the disrespectfulness of MY time. My appt was 12: 45. I wasn’t taken back until 1: 15. There were people before me needed a ton of explanations about their service and that took 30 mins. I asked when they were going to give me the paperwork to fill out and they didn’t give it to me until 1pm after the previous people left. Not sure why I couldn’t have been filling it out while they were there to speed things up. The lady at the front and who did my facial said “don’t worry I have enough time blocked off for you”. I’m sorry, I don’t care about your time. I care about MINE and I had stuff to do. Then I was taken back 30 mins after my appt time and asked how long it would take, she said 90 mins.
Facial was fantastic, I throughly enjoyed that. She did a great job. The only reason I’m giving stars. But I was so irritated at that point it was hard to relax because my day was thrown off. My facial ended 20 mins early. Which was annoying and odd.
Overall, won’t got back. They don’t respect you or your time.
