Huvar's Artisan Market, Victoria TX

Very gentrified and mediocre food. I went there before and thought it was a cute lunch cafe, the gumbo was horribly thick and who puts pimento cheese in a sandwich? I also don’t find the building up to date because we were seated in a dark corner with a ripped curtain and the waitress warmed us a bout a leak. Very disappointed and almost offended

Was looking forward to going here for several days. I did my homework and noted down their restricted timings. Noted that their kitchen closes at 2pm and they close for lunch at 3pm. I had already reviewed their menu online, so I even knew what I wanted to order. I barely got out of work. I got there at 1: 50pm. 10 minutes before the kitchen closes and I was turned away. Was told that the kitchen is closed. Was not even allowed to take away food. Clearly they don’t need my business. After a COVID lockdown one would think they would be pleased with more customers. #verydissapointed.

Good was good, but we had only 1 table ahead of us and our meal didn't cone to our table until 45 minutes later. Not a place to go unless you have plenty of time.

I've tried a ton of their pizzas to go but I finally got to dine in for the full experience and I have to say I was not disappointed. Stuart was attentive and was wonderful in helping select appetizers.

My guest and I got their house salad with extra dressing and chicken and sangria as a drink. It was all absolutely amazing! The sangria was delicious and tasted amazing. The red sangria was my favorite between the two options available.

We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and the cheese was melt in your mouth. Best mozzarella sticks I have ever had.

The environment was wonderful as well. The manager at the time came to check on us and so did one of the cooks passing by. I have to give the full Huvar's experience a solid 10/10 and can't wait to visit again to try their breakfast!

Perfectly fresh kale, avocado, apple salad: delicious & not over-dressed for the 'occasion'.

The chicken club was great. Tasted good and had a good flavor. Also the sweet potato puffs were an extra and well worth it. The key lime guacamole dipp was awesome. It was not spicy at all but had a great taste and was also.mad e fresh. Went there during lunch hour and service was good and prompt. Must try if have never been.

Gave this place another shot. Pretty good grub this time. Started off with the Key Lime Guac and chis and woooweee it was delicious! I had the club sandwich with sweet potato puffs. Everything was fresh. Although they could have been eaten by themselves, I dipped the puffs in ranch to give it that little extra and it did! We did have to wait a little bit for someone to initially come to our table. That was to be expected though due to it being super busy this day. Our waitress was very nice and thorough. Very good at her job.

If I could post a zero I would but not an option. The process for what they serve you to start off are absolutely ridiculous! The prices are way different online than what you are charged for. The cooks did not wear gloves and were handling all sorts of stuff not just food. Spoke to the manager to top it all off and she basically said oh ok no apologies and didnt seem to care at all. DISGUSTED!

WOW! Breakfast was awesome. Really awesome. Wanted to order 1 of everything. Highly recommend breakfast. Friendly staff. Great experience.

We went for lunch and placed our order. Over 40 minutes went by before our waitress told us that they were out of the sandwiches we ordered. Awful service. Would have been great to know as soon as we ordered. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

We love the pizza at this place! It's so good and the beignets are fantastic too! Definitely the best place in town for pizza! Oh, and the ranch is clearly homemade, which everybody knows is a must for great ranch.

Disappointed on how they fixed my pizza. Asked for a pepperoni pizza with tomatoes. They put slices of tomato on each slice. Never have seen that before. Pricey!

Awesome place. Cute downtown area. Had the brie bacon burger and it has changed my life! Best burger I've ever had. Several other menu items I would like to try, but need to remember to save room for bread pudding. Well done, folks!

I can say this place does it for me.nothing but pleasant experiences here.food and atmosphere reminds me of kansas city.

Entered near ten, it was not crowded. Next time I'll be back with my relatives. It has a great atmosphere.

Food was super flavorful.i had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.prices are appropriate.this place has many reviews for a reason.
