9I've had this storage unit for about 3yrs now, unfortunately the prices started increasing after 4 months, so from $68 now I pay $158 which increased without any notice 2 months ago. The same unit is listed for $115 now on the website. I've made several attempts wanting to know why and no one replies. I pay an extra fee for the "insurance" they provide monthly, yet im always getting an email requesting for me to provide proof of insurane for the unit. The units dont have insurance and its a scheme to obtain more money. I know this because when I requested a proof in writing stating my unit was insured, I never got a reply or answer. The girls are very friendly at the office the only positive thing.
Very disgusting at management and how my situation was handled, very uncaring. God forbid you have an emergency while using the facility and can't pay.they don't care all they want is there money no matter what.
It doesn't seem to me that they haven't respected the price that is $107.00 dlls and I subzero to 125.00 dlls it doesn't seem fair to me
I got a unit last week and the manager Alysha helped me. She was very helpful and courteous definitely will recommend.
Iv been here for 2 or three years now, the rent increases every year and sometimes twice a year. The woman told me it increases based on if they are in demand or not. (It has never gone down). What a great business model, no incentives for loyal customers. Also they never seem to have any small units. I think it’s because they don’t want me to move to a smaller one, why charge me less when they can keep charging me more? Again not a good business model.
I came in to get some information on a storage unit and was very impressed with the facility and with the storage manager Alysha, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
Was shopping around and came in just to check out the place. It was super clean and Alysha was super helpful that I ended up renting a unit. Absolutely recommend it to everyone.
If you want to be disrespected talked crazy too by an employee of an establishment. WELP THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I PROMISE EMMA WILL GIVE YOU EXACTLY THAT ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T DO WHAT SHE TELLS YOU TO DO AND ONE THING FOR SURE SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO DO ANYTHING ONLINE. OH AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR SOMEONE HIGHER THAN HER SHE WILL REFUSE CALL YOU OUT YOUR NAME AND ALL. ITS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAUSE CORPORATE OFFICE SIDES WITH HER EVEN THOUGH YOUVE HAD YOUR STORAGE THERE PROBABLY LONGER THAN SHES WORKED THERE. MY ADVISE JUST DONT COME HERE. THANK YOU EMMA FOR THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. AND I HAVE VIDEO OF HER DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR THEY DO NOT WANT IT TO SEE HOW SHE TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY WANT IT FOR TRAINING PURPOSES WELL NOT TODAY IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS
