This place deserves 0 stars. Out of all of the cars that I have purchased this has been the worst experience. First they hustle you into getting a car and when they do they do not want to acknowledge/honor their policies or return your phone calls. After getting my vehicle I was never given my contract so I have been calling and messaging them trying to get it and either there's no response or I get the run around that it will be emailed. I have a coworker/friend going through the same issue trying to get her contract and her vehicle was purchased MONTHS ago. I have told everyone at my job and all friends. Honestly anyone that will listen and currently looking for a vehicle to not do business with this company because they are shady and do not put customers first. Your just a sale to them so please take it from me and save your self the trouble. Go somewhere else.
Fantastic Hyundai dealership. Worth it to drive over instead of our closer local dealership. Ask for Taylor if your buying!
I went there, pre-approved for a hybrid on the showroom floor. I didn't even test drive the car because it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. My friend, who worked in their billing department at the time, called and told me they finally had the car I wanted. I went to grab some lunch while they did the deal with my credit union. They called me while I was in the drive through to tell me they'd sold the car to a guy that was looking at it while I was in the dealership. THEN, they tried to talk me into another car on the floor that was nothing like the one I wanted. I would NEVER recommend this dealership, especially for women.
Their excuse was "well, HE wrote us a check. "
The whole experience was one of pleasure. Never would one think a problem with their car could be so pleasant.
The staff at Hyundai of Longview are always very friendly and courteous. They always take very good care of my vehicle. I will always drive a Hyundai.
Go see Will, wow what a great guy and very knowledgeable. The whole team there went far and beyond to make buying a new car a pleasant experience. Just like the commercial says, "You pick it out, we'll work it out. " That's 100 percent what they mean!
The salesman are scam artist that push their in-house outrageous financing. They make a deal then say “only if you use OUR financing”. These are the type of trash that gives car salesman a bad name.
I would give them four stars, because i honestly believe it takes a bit too long for an oil change. That being said, the young woman that handles oil changes is very knowledgeable, friendly, and just generally pleasant.
I have to give a HUGE shout out not only to the dealership, but to salesman Taylor Goll. I just purchased my second vehicle from him and I cannot say how impressed I have been with not only his customer service skills, but also his genuine desire to help my family get into the best vehicle FOR US. Absolutely no pressure from him throughout either transaction. He was incredibly helpful, he made sure he was available when I asked him to be, and most importantly he LISTENED. He wasn’t trying to sell us a car. He made sure we had everything we needed when we were ready to buy one…. Well two now. 10 out of 10 experience here. I don’t know Taylor outside of these two sales so I assure anyone reading this review that it’s authentic. I would not look any further if you want the best service from a great salesperson.
Certainly impressed by the level of customer service at this dealership! From the salesmen all the way up to the Finance Manager. These folks are good people!
The representatives in the service department shows so much Curtis and generosity in the caring of their customer which myself I am so glad to have had a team on my side as far as taking care of the needs of the vehicle that I brought in they were very nice and all had a smile on their face which was really nice you don’t find it everywhere you go just a pleasant environment.

I've not had any dealings with these people other than trying to get my car serviced there. Service seems very difficult to reach so I always have to leave a message. Other than the one time that I actually got someone in service they have NOT ONE SINGLE TIME returned my calls! Even the reception lady said she would personally return my call if service didn't. Nope, not her either! I'm so glad I didn't buy my car here and I will start doing business with a different Genesis dealer after this service! Stars may go up or down after by the time I leave there tomorrow.

Conan did a great job helping us pick a vehicle. Not pushy in the slightest. Seemed straightforward and respectful.
Guy was a little too pushy to suit us.we wanted to see if we could get financing for new car.he tried to get us to agree to used with no warranty at our top limits of payments. He just kept pushing until we left to talk it over. I had thought it was just me but as soon as we were back in car my granddaughter said she didn't like way he talked to me either.so no sale.
