18Placed order and had to call to get an update about my order after 45 minutes. And I was told pizza was 10 minutes out. I waited patiently and 30 minutes went by. I had to call and cancel order. Some communication would've been better than nothing.
I came in to grab lunch today but needed to make a beeline to the bathroom after the coffee I had this morning. Unfortunately, the big guy standing at the front counter decided to start bullying me instead and told me that I wasn't allowed to use the restroom since it was "for customers only". That's cool. I'll go spend my hard earn money somewhere else.
If this is the way they're going to treat me, I can't help but wonder how they're going to treat you.
Ordered a large pepperoni, with how thin the pizza was, it’s not worth $20. Tasted salty and spicy, more like toasted crackers with tomato paste and cheese.
Mr. Fratelli was so sweet. He brought pizza to our dealership unexpectedly and we were so grateful! Very different than your average pizza. It honestly was so so good! Dont think any of us would mind to add it to our Saturday office lunch ins! Thank you Mr Fratelli!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. We waited 3 hours for our pizza to be delivered which was absolutely outrageous being that the estimate said 90 mins. When we called to ask on the status of our order after waiting 2 hours, the lady who answered the phone didn’t apologize once and was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Service, 0/10. My husband and I are from Chicago, so maybe we are spoiled with good quality food. But this was by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had in our lives. I hate to be harsh but it was absolutely disgusting. We each ate 1 piece and couldn’t even stomach it enough to have another and threw the rest away. Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, a frozen Digiorno pizza, you name it, is WAY better than this pizza. Quality 0/10. Do not recommend.
JR thank you from the team at WebforceHQ. Your pizza is fire and we greatly appreciate the blessing you gave us today!
They no longer have pepperoni on the menu but instead have cheese + add pepperoni which no longer tastes the same. Also because the prices have gone up their pizza is no longer a viable option.
First pie I had from them wasn't bad but second left a lot to be desired for - ended up being a soggy, greasy, slidden mess when I received it and ended up throwing more than half of it away because it just didn't taste that great - and who charges for marinara with bread sticks? Sorry y'all, love the message but there are better pizza shops around
Fantastic pizza!
The flavor and texture of the pizza is really good. You can tell it’s made with quality ingredients and the fact that it’s a think crust pizza it’s a plus. Only downside? A bit expensive in my opinion but still worth it.
Is my go-to place for pizza in Austin and in Houston when I'm in that part of Houston where there is a restaurant. First of all their story which was featured on 20/20 sometime ago it's wonderful but I'll let you discover that on your own. Second of all their Pizza is delicious some people might think it's a little pricey but it's well worth it because of the ingredients are fresh it's delicious. Third, they're so customer friendly there. On the one time I had a problem with my order they made me a fresh one and brought it back no questions asked. When you call and they reare so sincere in their desire to put out the best product and so demonstrative of their appreciation of your business. And last, they give plates and napkins with their deliveries! Unheard of anywhere else
Finally a good slice of pizza. Thin crispy crust, the way I like it. I ordered a single slice which was plenty for one person. Almost a small pizza. Will definitely always stop in when in the neighborhood and will order for lunch meetings
So underrated. A dallas chain but brought here to austin and done exactly the same way. Adore the way they do their pizzas, there's nothing quite like it. Stinks that I can't really get it delivered even though I'm not that far, but I don't mind making the drive for pickup every once in a while.
This pizza was great. I had a really bad day until I ate this ALL MEAT pizza. Thank you mr fratelli
Very well run place. The manager called me about an item that was out, knew who I was when I walked in and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate the service the food is great too.
Two pizzas and bread sticks took them around 3 hours to deliver but despite that the pizza was hot and delicious that it made the wait worth it
I love thin crust pizza.tasted so good they was so polite went in and ordered a slice got a cookie and a sprite man was really nice good place in Austin
Quality ingredients, but either they don't cook the pizza long enough or hot enough. Unfortunately the inner layer of crust is really gummy and I it destroys the quality of the pizza. (I did order more than once to make sure it wasn't a fluke.)
Ordered a pizza for delivery because my gf and I had plans for the evening, and we would've liked to eat some sort of food before going out. The site gave us a 45-min ETA. No problem. After an hour of waiting, we called the restaurant to see how much longer it would be. No answer. We spent the next half hour calling and getting no response. After an hour-and-a-half of nothing, we couldn't wait any longer, and left for the evening with empty stomachs. We ate the cost of a pizza, but the whereabouts of the pizza itself will just have to remain a mystery, I guess.
Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants the experience of placing an order for a pizza delivery, but without all of the hassle of having to eat a physical pizza.
