I purchased their product through amazon. Low quality and defective item. Above all their customer service will literally insult you if you request a refund. I've the message proof of them accusing me of trying to scam them. They're laughable.

I bought their product from Amazon, however due to weather here in PA we had to wait for it warm up to discover it doesnt work. They wont take it back.
