i worked with a lot of auction, this is the worst experience ever
The customer service there was above and beyond. Mr. Frazier is an exemplary employee and an ambassador of IAAI and should be a trainer for customer service. In this branch, I had the best experience and customer service ever, and in San Antonio's branch, I had the worst experience. Keep up the excellent work. We will come back and deal with you more.
They have no customer service, they will interrupt you when talk, if you ask for manager she refuse to talk to you, Laticia and her manager NO HELP at all. I bought a car with the Key in pics and got it without key and they didn't update the add or do anything to solve the problem.
My car was brought here by State Farm. When I got my car back after a few days, the truck came back with trash in the truck and out, the license plates were ripped and bent off the truck, the seats were leaned back like they had been driving it around. They were not authorized to tear up the truck. This is how they treat vehicles in their possession.
