It's a parking garage, & for it being that, it's great. Easy access to Terminal C Departures & Arrivals.

Huge parking garage, but the wonderful thing is the people who are working in that garage, they will help you finding your car no matter what.

Knowing IAH is under construction, I allowed extra time to get to my appointment in Terminal C today. The only available parking spots showed (per the signs) to be back in the purple section of the Terminal C garage. Of course, those supposedly “available “ spots were all roped off with construction materials, so there were actually NONE available. After finally locating a spot, I tried several ways to get down from the 5th floor, but none were working - no elevators and stairs were also blocked. Worse - there was absolutely NO signage to tell me how to get to the terminal in this 100 plus degree heat. I finally saw a traveler with a suitcase who directed me.
Come on, IAH, Houston deserves better than this!

Some workers at the entrance redirecting vehicles like if they were security, very abusive man. Hire some real airport parking security personal!

Expensive, but the worker on the golf cart helped me find my car when I returned and was too tired to think. Nicest guy ever. Wish I could remember his name. Easy in/out of terminal without having to take a shuttle like with other parking lots.

Thinking we did the right thing to be prepared for our trip, we reserved on-premises airports parking in advance at IAH. Everything was smooth until it was time to leave after 18 hours of travel. Our QR code was functional on our reservation but the machine on the lane would not open the arm. We waited 30 minutes, trapped in the lane, as many others experienced similar problems. I would not recommend reserving on-premises for this reason. Credit card lanes did not seem to have the same number of problems.

The cost of parking is $15, if you don't take a long time, normally they are not slow, but there is a dark-haired lady who is very rude and grumpy, especially with Latinos and no one speaks Spanish.

Were directed to terminal C parking think due to construction work at D. Now it was extremely confusing because while entering itself there were sign saying the parking is full and use eco park. But still continued after seeing other cars go.

As we got the entry card ascended to the 4th floor which showed 2 spots empty. We drove around the entire floor but were not able to find any empty spot. Assuming someone took those before us we continue to level 6 which showed vacancy of 11. Same problem absolutely impossible to locate which they actually were.
Since out checkin time was approaching we got frustrated and exited the parking structure. But the gates won't open unless we paid $5. When checked with the attendant, were told 20 mins have passed since we entered. Finally drove to eco park and took the shuttle back.

Two concerns with this -
1. The signs showing # of empty spots is flawed and gives wrong info to the drivers. We found none after driving around in anxiety with flight time approaching. The system needs to be rigorously tested. Even if it shows correct info the parking on single floor level is huge and drivers need to be navigated to empty spots.

2. If above is cannot be done, we should be accounting for drivers who just spent time driving around searching for spots and did not get any spot. Why should we pay the hourly rate if we didn't park at all? You are immorally making money providing no service.

Hope I'm refunded for my inconvenience and the feedback is taken seriously.

This airport garage utilizes a light system. Green indicates an open spot and red indicates the spot is full. When going down a row with one green light when you are rushing to catch your flight you realize the light system is messed up. Beware that green lights don't always indicate a spot it open, many were full but the light was green.

I was leaving the airport at 1: 00 in the morning picking up. My kids who had visited South Korea on an International flight and could not determine which way to exit and ended up in the parking lot of terminal C parking. I drove straight through but still had to pay to exit that parking lot. Really? You can't put up better signs and offer at least 10 minutes of free parking? For people who make mistakes? Really poor planning for the airport. Fix this. Pleaae. Is the bad taste you left in my mouth really worth a dollar?
