IBC Bank reviews
5Tellers have always been very friendly.this is a busy location, though. 99% chance that u will have to wait and wait.
They should fire the manager, always long lines, long wait times both inside and through drive through, and it's been like this for months.
I've been a loyal IBC customer for 5 years now. Today's experience was very rude and disrespectful. I go in during my lunch hour and there is only 1 teller for 8 customers. I get to the tellers window and make a withdraw from my checking account. I then ask the teller if I could exchange some 20 dollar bills for 100 bills, hence I just sold my truck. Well the manager comes up all disrespectful and asks sir where did you get all that money? Well why the hell do you care? What kind of question is that? I wasn't aware that banks had to interrogate you for being a customer. I've been bringing my business to you guys for ever now and for that you've lost a loyal customer.
I usually take lunch to this branch, especially if I have more than 1 deposit. I always choose the commercial lane closest to the window. They care nothing about commercial customers. Cars come and go from the other lanes as I sit. Its not just this location, it seems all IBC locations require their associates to have a negative IQ if that's even possible.
I went to this bank to have them perform an international wire transfer to Europe. I gave the bank employee all the required information including the IBAN. The bank employee that does wire transfers did not even know what IBAN stands for. He was incompetent to perform his duties. I directly blame Fred Rustleberg CEO and the branch manager who fail to train IBC employees to perform their assigned duties. The motto of IBC is "WE DO MORE" that is a lie.
