I have banked at IBEW FCU for many years and I have never had any problem there. The employees are very efficient and thorough with their business. I have made many loans without any problems.

I've been with this Bank for over 15 years. Seems like nowadays year after year it gets worse and worse. Can't keep the same staff every other month me and my wife go through the drive-thru you get someone new who acts like we don't know what we're doing. On top of that you can call all day and rarely get someone to speak to. I think this bank has a problem with upper management.
