After dropping off my laptop, no callback for two weeks. Now I have been calling at store number but no response. It goes to voicemail. I went to store but it was closed as well. No clue what to do

They are quite literally holding my brother’s computer hostage. We gave it to them in early December (maybe earlier). It is now January. We have asked for it back repeatedly. They haven’t given it back and won’t tell us when they will give it back. When asked to return, they asked what parts were in the computer that we gave them. Makes no sense. Really rude people too. They yelled at my mom on the phone. Don’t go here.

Ryan was able to fix my computer and save data from old hard disk. He recommended ssd for fast computer performance.

I have had 2 iPad screens and a phone screen replaced here. He does great work. Prices are transparent. Great communication. I definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful customer service. I needed diagnoses on my Microsoft Surface Book 2 after it would no longer charge. The issue was diagnosed as a faulty battery, which had leaked fluid and ruined the LCD screen. Ended up replacing the battery and LCD screen.

Aaron made great suggestions and even sent pictures of the faulty/corroded parts for added confidence as he repaired the device. We ended up fixing the tablet/computer (the main part of the device) after discovering that the inbuilt keyboard battery had been the culprit, which is apparently a known issue with these Microsoft Surface books.

I’m pleased with the service and repair and will see how it holds up over time. I highly recommend this repair store and Aaron’s service.

Unfortunately this repair shop in my opinon is patently dishonest. I took a Dell XPS 15 i9 fully loaded laptop to them in January for a problem with the laptop not booting properly. They said they would need to replace the motherboard. They said they would need to order it. After about a month of calling them, they finally said it was repaired, I paid them $1,100 for the repair. Then I discovered the audio port wasn't working so I took it back to them. Another delay. They said the replacement motherboard was bad and would need to order another one but claimed the motherboards were hard to obtain. So I waited another month. This time they said they had found a good used laptop with the same specifications as mne. I picked it up only to find out when I got home it was an i7 with half the memory of my i9. They said they would make it good. I never heard back from them and they won't respond to text messages. Now after a 5-month ordeal and several trips to their shop the i9 fully loaded laptop has been replaced with an i7. I guess I'm stuck unless I take them to court which I may do. I am convinced they never replaced the motherboard in the first place for several ressons. My recommendation is if you use this shop don't believe what they tell you and be very, very cautious.

Service was excellent and fast. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me the improvements after my iPhone was repaired.

I had a massive crack in my mac book pro and needed a screen replacement. I price shopped around and not only were they cheapest but also fastest time frame. Got the laptop back and everything is fixed perfectly and in good shape again. They also fixed a key that caused the damage which was a very nice gesture. Will definitely return if needed.

The service was great, I had upgraded my mac book pro's hard disk to ssd. Pricing was reasonable. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their services.

I brought my Dell Laptop in for what i thought was just a screen repair. Unfortunately as tech repair often goes, once inside the computer the Technician found a few other things wrong with the laptop but were able to always offer solutions and made for a good experience. Big props to these guys for going above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a computer crash on me last week. I went to this place for help. They spent a lot of time trying to fix the crashed computer, but it was beyond hope. I bought parts to build a new machine from scratch, and went back to have them build the machine for me. We faced more technical issues during the build, some new pitfalls that I had never experienced before. Raj and Deepak went above and beyond to resolve the build issues, including visiting my shop to troubleshoot, spending probably more than a dozen hours on the build, and making sure everything was resolved. I will definitely go back here for any future computer issues. Also, reasonable prices.

Don’t go there. They had my laptop for 2and half months. Never call me once. When you call in 10 times, the may answer once. I’m pretty sure most of the comments here are fake.

My MacBook Pro had been hacked by scammers. Raj and Aaron quoted a fair price for data backup and cleaning the computer. They delivered in a reasonable time frame. Very courteous and responsive to my needs.

Took two days to fix my husband's iPad screen and when we got it back it still doesn't work.
Poor quality of workmanship

I have been suffering for a few months with a failing battery on my MacBook. The main reason I didn’t get it fixed was how long most places take to fix it - they want to keep it for a week or more. I use it every day for work, so I can’t go without it that long.
I called and spoke with Raj; he said he could replace the battery in less than two hours, which he did… incredible!
He also spent time talking with me and showed great customer service. He is honest and knowledgeable and just a great person.
